I think at this point Turtwig has done all it can. I mean, it could evolve and learn Earthquake, but I don't see it making it to Torterra. Grotle, maybe, but that'd be a long way off. I doubt Buizel will ever evolve, though it could make a parallel for Ambipom. And after the Fighting-type gym, I don't see Staravia getting much screen time.

On the other hand, Chimchar could evolve soon - probably during a battle against Maylene's Lucario.
