ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500 driver help

Alright, I'm almost going to give up with this thing. I have an ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500 video card (yeah, I know, old school). However, the drivers on ATI/AMD's site don't work quite right. It will work with the output fine, but the TV tuner input doesn't work quite right. I don't see anything but a black screen where the video should be.
 
Try looking on the card vendor's site (XFX, HIS, MSI, etc.) or Driverguide. Driverguide has lots of drivers for older hardware.

Also, what OS are you using?
 
The card's a direct card from ATI. I have the drivers, they just don't work very well.

Windows 7 is the OS I'm having the most issues with, but I've had the same issue with XP.
