Okay, I had this thought in my mind... Who would win in a fight? Mammoth or T-Rex?
 
Well, the Mammoth has brains and brawn, whereas the T-Rex just has brawn - so the Mammoth would have that advantage.

(This is, of course, ignoring the obvious fact that the two animals could never have met in real life on account of their having existed at drastically different points in evolutionary history...)

We will of course ignore that obvious fact :p

But I'd bet on the mammoth. He has brains, AND brawn, and I bet those T-rexes wouldn't like the sight of those tusks.
 
Neither. If they actually somehow got to the same time period, then whatever force that brought them there would bring them back to their own time periods, and the main character would learn a very important lesson about sharing.

Sure, why not! Probabbly not fiction monsters or anything, too overpowered. Maybe a separate thread for that?

We'll see how it goes, I think even if this is just a ancient animal fight thread it could be cool.

I think a Mammoth would beat a Trex in a fight, it has the bulk to stave off a dino attack.
 
I think it would depend on the environment. If they were fighting in Siberia, the Mammoth would win, but if they were fighting in a warmer place, the Tyrannosaurus Rex would win.
