I think the pokemon that is being chased not knowing it is called azuril!

Tell me what you think!

I still wish you'd outline your pictures with a black pen before you scan. It makes them look a lot cleaner, and even lined.
I'm glad you used a background, have some sort of story behind your picture, some shading but it would be better if you had more.
Before you scan, I want you to try this: Outline your picture with a black pen (I don't care if you think your mouse can cut it, trust me, it should be at least a little better), erase the pencil, scan your picture in black and white (it won't give you the fuzzies when you color), convert it to color, then color it.
I'm sorry to nag you about this, but it is something I want to stress with cg work.

What kind of ink pens do you think I should use? *bump*

Everyone has their own preferences. Preferably get a felt tip, since they always have an even flow of ink and last longer than ballpoint pens.
What I use... lets see. *Pulls out her pens* Liquid Expresso, extra fine line pen. Sharpie, twin tip permanent marker. Staedtler, pigment liner, drawing & writing, 0.1 mm. Basically some thick ones and some fine ones for different types of lines.
