All of the employees of Glinda's Flower Shop have a secret. A wealthy eccentric who owned the Solaceon Town's only tombstone manufacturing company gave his entire empire to the employees of Glinda's Flower Shop. Unfortunately none had any business experience. So, they resorted to a different solution to become wealthy. Now many of the flowers Glinda's Flower Shop sell have explosives or poison gas in them that the employees can trigger at any moment. Once they do the customer dies, the flower shop employees cover it up and the family buys a tombstone. Of course they don't give the bad flowers to just anyone...

It is 90 years from the present and Solaceon Town has become corrupt and isolated from the rest of Sinnoh. There are bandits and burglars and daily showdowns. They seem to have reverted to the wild west. The employees of the humble flower shop see themselves as vigilantes in a way. They lead a simple, merry life with their Pokémon to aid them in tending to the flowers and helping cover up the aftereffects of *ahem* the "special" flowers.

Rules!
1. No godmodding because it's bad and blah blah blah.
2. Try to post more than one sentence when you post please and try for good grammar. It helps a lot. :)
3. No spamming, y'know typical RPG rules.
4. Try to keep it lighthearted. This isn't a depressing RPG, more lighthearted.

Name: Hana Johnson

Gender: female

Age: 16

Pokémon: Bayleef, Ivysaur, Flareon (shiny)

Position: Cashier, sometimes works as a gardener

Appearance: Hana has curly blonde hair, which she often pulls back into pigtails. She is small, and has a childlike appearance. She has bright, innocent blue eyes, and often dresses in light colors, most notably pink. She is also almost always smiling.

Personality: Hana has a cute, naive personality on the surface. However, one of her favorite things is explosions, and she loves to watch them. The bigger the boom, the better. This sometimes comes off as disturbing, considering that otherwise, she looks and acts like a sweet little girl. She enjoys working at the cash register more than in the gardens. Her Flareon helps to burn what's left of the bodies after people discover what's so special about the flowers.

History: Hana was born and raised in Solaceon Town, though it doesn't seem like she'd last a minute in the town. The flower shop is her first job, and she's been working at it since she was thirteen.
 
OOC: Is it at all possible to play someone who isn't part of the shop? I usually like to play characters like that, but that's cool if it isn't ^_^ Just thought I'd ask.
 
Sure I suppose. Maybe you could work at the funeral place? Otherwise you might end up dying.
 
It's been a looooong time since I did an RP. Hopefully this one will get off the ground

Name:David

Gender:Male

Age:17

Pokemon: Roserasde(gardens and grows the...flowers), Sunflora(also gardens....and sets the thing that makes the flowers tick. Has a creepy smile that hides it's true nature), Yanmega.

Appearance: David is a lean non-muscular kid with tightly rolled braids in his hair. He always wears sunglasses, even when it's dark, and they're always green, yellow, or red...guess what the red stands for. When he rarely takes them off he has gray eyes that contrast his coffee-like skin. He dresses in montone American Staraptor shirts and American Staraptor pants(sorry for the pun). Every day, he brings in a different pair of shoes.

Personality: David is one of those people who can hate you while smiling pleasantly at you. He rarely lets the customer in on what he's thinking, but he is always open to his co-workers. He always feels as though he's ignorant around his peers due to his clumsiness and his blond moments he has on occasions. Sometimes, though, he comes up with awesome ways to renovate the store to make it better.
 
I'm hoping so too, you're in! Except, you forgot your position at the store.

Pokémon: Lucario, Leafeon, and Sandslash.
Position: Gardner
Appearance: 6' He has black hair and green eyes. He wears a blue T-shirt and gray pants. He wears a belt with a holster and has a .44 Magnum Colt Anaconda. He also carries a Verpine shatter gun/sniper.
Personality: He tends to keep to himself and avoid contact with other people. Although he is more than willing to help someone in need.
History: He tends to wander, and finally ended up at Solaceon Town. He was intrigued by the showdowns and decided to stay. He then found a job at Glinda's Flower Shop. He also worked for a few years as a bounty hunter.
 
Haha, ex-bounty hunter turned flower shop employee. Accepted!
 
Name: Shion Fujikaze

Gender: Female

Age: 17

Pokémon: Blissey (helps pick flowers), Buizel (helps water flowers), and Vespiquen (helps pollinate flowers).

Position: Gardener

Appearance: Blackish-purple hair curled in a ponytail. Wears green sleeveless shirt with red blue skirt. Her tennis shoes are a little rugged. For accessories, she usually wears two wristbands (one on her left arm, one on her right leg) with a blood-red S on them.

Personality: Mostly carefree, Shion is a free spirit. However, she isn't afraid to speak what's on her mind. She may come off as belligerent and rude, but that's mainly because that's just her being unafraid to say what's on her mind. However, at the same time, she may seem distant when out gardening at the flower shop, mainly thinking about her life before the flower shop.

History: Shion grew up in Celestic Town with her childhood Pokemon pal Buizel at a very young age. Her parents were quite wealthy, but her parents just wanted to live in a remote location, filled with peace and tranquility. Because of this, Shion spent most of her time in the Celestic Ruins, trying to learn more about what the ruins could truly dechipher about life in the past.

When her parents were killed from causes unknown, Shion fled with Buizel and wandered around in many different locations. They had very little success. But when Glinda's Flower Shop was searching for new recruits, Shion quickly jumped on, seeing as how she had very little options left for herself. She now spends most of her time out in the garden with her two other Pokemon pals, Vespiquen and Blissey.

Name: Kel Harris
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Pokémon: Duskull (Dusty, night-watchman), Mismagius (Missy), Haunter (Lavender)
Position: Headstone inscriber (apprentice)
Appearance: Kel has somewhat long, gray hair, not an aging gray, but a gray that used to be black before the debris and dust from his apprenticeship as a headstone carver and inscriber. He's got bright, yellow eyes and is always wearing tattered, gray clothes. His skin is very pale, having lost its normal tan color, as he spends most of his time inside the workshop during the day, and is only outside in the night. He's always wearing a friendly smile, even though it doesn't look like he has any reason to.
Personality: Despite his rusted, and possibly creepy appearance, Kel is very friendly. Having been around death for so long, he has become desensitized to it, and he is always making jokes about death and dying, and has no fear of it whatsoever. Because people tend to consider him scary, he likes to jump out and startle people when they least expect it, his favorite way of "breaking the ice". He and his Duskull, Dusty, have been together since they were both very young, and they make a very mischevious pair, playing tricks in the dead of night and having fun out in the graveyard. In short, he's just a young adult who's trying to live his life despite death being all that he knows.
History: The grandson of the company's founder, Kel was unwillingly forced into the business as soon as he could pick up a hammer and chisel. He's always been around death and the grim, and he's never known life any other way. Still learning, he's merely considered an "apprentice", taking the jobs of those who can't afford to buy an expensive, extravagant tombstone. Still, this leaves him with a lot of work, so he doesn't have much of a chance to make friends or even go outside to play. So, he spends almost every day inside the workshop sanding the future headstones and carving names and dates into the bleak grave markers. He does, however, love to go outside at night and play with his Pokemon in the graveyard, the only place he can feel like himself.

Name: Glinda Tayven (She prefers to be called by Tay.)
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Pokémon: Trapinch (Trevor, helps with digging holes for seeds.)
Position: Manager
Appearance: Glinda Tayven wears goggles as if she was flying some sort of small aircraft in place of a headband. Her hair is black, straight and spikes out at all angles. It doesn't even reach her shoulders. Tay usually wears white track pants and a loose green tank top. The only jewelery she wears is a large digital watch her grandmother gave her. She is almost always mistaken for a boy, which she uses to fool girls. Tay is strong and muscular from pulling weeds her whole life and has skin the color of cocoa powder.
Personality: She is a total tomboy with natural leadership qualities. Her get-it-done attitude combined with her seriousness make her a good manager. However, underneath her hard exterior though is a prankster. Often times employees are victims of her practical jokes. In the end she truly cares for her employees and family. Glinda Tayven means business.
History: Tay's grandmother Glinda Smith raised her until she passed away two years ago. Since then Tay has been in charge of the shop. Her life was always difficult and both of her parents died in a showdown but it gave her the rough edge and serious business style she is known for. Tay has generated incredible amounts of profit for Glinda's Flower Shop much to everyone's surprise. When she along with the other employees inherited the tombstone business she was the mastermind that knew exactly how to turn a profit.

Apperence:Lance wears a regular T-shirt, he wears goggles and gloves, He wears a jacket and Has spiked hair.
Personality:Lance had a thing for flowers he loved beautiful flowers, his favorite was the gradicia flower. He dreams to make friends with Shaymin, the legendary flower pokemon. He sees everything positivly but when in deep trouble he is very negative. He is very kind and likes to poke fun at people in a shy way. He is shy around people he doesn't know but when you get to know him he expresses his personallity fully. He has this weird thing that happens when girls get near him or touch him, first he blushes, and then he might, panic, faint, bleed, or yell.
History:Lance came from Twinleaf town, but always was in floraroma town. His love of the gradicia got him into Flowers in the first place. He always searched for Shaymin hoping that it would befriend him.


I know I'm too late, but can I still join?

Accepted except for one thing-your personality is very similar to Kel's. Can you change it a bit?
