Have not been online and active since February. I have had some problems with my laptop and if anyone is great with computers and fixing viruses I would greatly appreciate it.

At the moment I cannot open executable files correctly, to be specific I have to choose a program to open up a file, it's hard to explain. Just PM me if you can help.

In other news I am hoping to see some familiar faces and just wanted to say hello!
 
Hi, welcome back to the forums. In order to fix computer viruses, don't you just run a scan and scan for an hour while you go do a different activity? That might help and it works for me too and you can delete them once the scan is done.
 
thank you both. and yes normally that would do the trick however i cannot run any executable files, therefore i cant run a scan.

Welcome back to BMGf. Hmm... Looks like there's a problem with file associations? Hopefully, you will get it fixed ASAP.
