Back, with some new gym leader art!

WOW! I'm actually back! o_o *waves* Hehe... I haven't posted on these forums in a while...

Anyway, I have a picture that I'm especially proud of, and though I would share. ^^; It's a picture of Mikuri (Wallace), teh last R/S gym leader guy... I redesigned his outfit! ^_^ I think he looks kind of girly here, but cute nonetheless... Any comments?

I really like the picture. The way you outlined it in blue instead of black makes it look softer. I really like his hair, too. The background makes it look phunkay. Great job!

Fufuu. I wouldn't worry too much about him looking girly. He looks a l'il effeminate in his official artworks, so it's perfect.

The colouring is very smooth. <3 I love his hair - but those sideburns/eartails/whatever are insane. XD; So cool. *die* The outfit is neat as well. I'm wondering, though... Is the charm on the necklace a heart, or a Luvdisc? *_*

The graffitti is a nice touch. *snerk*

The shading is amazing, especially on the hair and the pants. The way you've drawn the hands is brilliant too, I only wish I could manage to draw that well. ^^; Like the others have said, the grafitti is another nice feature - it's funny too, hehe. That's excellent shading and it's cute! The shoulder look slightly broad for the person, though. But you did a very nice, realistic job on it, especially the hands. The graffiti is cute ^-^" Save the turtles, hehe.

The hair coloring is well done. Its interesting that you seemed to outline it with blue ink, which is very different. Like the grafitti wall too.

Yui, you have a great drawing and colouring style! :-D

Your pic really captures that erm, essence of elegance (maybe?) Wallace has. I love all of the small details you've put it (i.e. clothes without creases, graffiti wall, jewellery...)

I kinda thought Wallace was a bit of a weirdo at first ;-), but you've changed my perception of him... slightly.

And last but not least... FALKNER IS GAY!!! Heheh, nice touch
