I didnt see a thread like this and did search for one before making it.

Do you have any bad habits? What are they?

Some of mine:

messing with my teeth: I think one particular tooth is very annoying so I always mess with it though Ive been trying to stop

Staying up way too late and sleeping in too late: Its messed up my sleep schedule

Not drinking water all day long and getting very thirsty: I just forget, and I know its not good for me, but I dont like drinking water much.

Procrastination is a huge problem for me, and along with that, there's my habits of not organizing well, forgetting to do things I've promised to do, and as you've said, forgetting to get a drink often.

I procrastinate, bite my nails, and tear the dead skin from my lips.

Procrastinating, staying up late and messing with my ears :I

I've been a nail biter for as long as I can humanly remember - if anything, I think the habit has only gotten WORSE since I hit my 20s.

A big problem is that the habit is now so deeply-ingrained that I can do it without even thinking - usually, I'm focussing upon something else and then don't even realise that I've been chewing my nail until it's already hanging off my finger. I've tried those bitter-tasting nail varnishes, but they've rarely gotten me anywhere - the compulsion to bite is so strong that I can apparently endure the taste of anything. :p

Pretty much the same as Fynx. I chew and end up tearing skin on my lips when I'm worried/nervous, I procrastinate and have bad sleeping habits and I am a bit of a scatterbrain.

A few. Procrastination is my main one, but I also have a bad habit of not drinking enough fluid, chewing gum rather than eating when I'm hungry, and scratching the acne on my forehead. ^^;;

I bite my nails, procrastinate, and stay up too late. I probably have more, but I can only think of those three at the moment.

I had that problem too until I had my wisdom teeth removed. As in all four wisdom teeth removed at once. I had zero desire to put anything in my mouth at all, so that broke the habit. The only time I bite my nails is if one has split or has broken. (No, it's not a method I recommend. That entire situation sucked.)

Other bad habits? I pop my wrist, I procrastinate, I stay up late and sleep in late on my days off, among other things.

I pop my fingers way too often, I get to little sleep, I procrastinate, and I bite the skin off my lower lip.

Stay up way too late in the weekends and drinking cola before going to bed...increasing my sleep-depravity.
