Badges?

I have searched for a guide or anything which explains this but have been unsuccessful.

What are the badges I see under some of members' usernames and how are they obtained?

The badges signify which usergroups they're in. Click here to join one and get a badge underneath your username.

They're obtained by joining specific usergroups. That's why some users have Ash icon which they get by joining the Ash usergroup, other have Misty, etc.

Yes. We'll give people who've been a part of those some special badge or something for their profiles, but the club usergroup things will not be available nor appear on peoples postbits for much longer.

Not much point in trying to acquire them since they'll be removed, though, as previously mentioned.
