I've also decided to add in a new rule: if you don't pick up your Pokemon within 48 hours (unless you let me know beforehand when you think you'll be able to receive it, then I'd be happy to hold it for you), it's gonna go to the next person who claims it. The reason for this is simply because I've had a few people before who have claimed the Pokemon and never followed through. I've sent them notifications asking when they'll be available to receive their Pokemon and waited, and still have gotten no responses. It's only fair.
*Note--on Weekdays, I'm able to trade starting at 4 PM GMT-6. On weekends I'm available all day.
