you need to post evs or it is considered an in game team. Also, add some set up moves, since the AI doesn't switch, meaning a weak pokemon is set up bait. Get sword dance and maybe arieal ace on scizor for Hax prevention (meaning double team abuse). Also, it has technitian right?

Ya the stats aren't really useful, so mention the EV's too

You need EVs.

Gyarados' moves are actually good, but I'd suggest Leftovers or a Wacan Berry.

As for Salamence, change its moves entirely (except for Fire Blast). I'd suggest Dragon Claw or Outrage over Draco Meteor, Earthquake over Crunch, and for those Double Team spammers, Aerial Ace over Fly. Replace the item with either a Life Orb or a Yache Berry.

Scizor has only one problem: no Swords Dance. Put it over Night Slash.
