Three bugs that are almost never used in competitive because of their horrible typing & laughable stats.
Who is more superior than the rest!!?

Vespiqueen has quite a nice design. mothin seems to normal for me. masqurain looks quite weird and nice. MASQUERAIN AND VESPIQUEEN
Who will win against each other?
mothim has okay Sp.Atk.Maquerain is well balanced with a good ability intimadate. Vespiqueen has a great ability Pressure,
while having better stats than the others.it has bad speed though. MASQUERAIN AND VESPIQUEEN
Who will win against most pokemons?
i dont know here. masqurain with its abblity to learn water moves? Masquerain

so therefor i choose Masquerain!
 
Who has the best design? Mothim, its simple yet it doesn't look like it lacks in appearance.
Who will win against each other? Vespiquen, it has great movepool.
Who will win against most pokemons? Masquerain just cause' it can.
Who is your favorite? Masquerain.

Who has the best design?
Mothim! It's wonderously cute for Bug-type!
Who will win against each other?
If Mothim/Masquerain know HP Rock then they would win. Otherwise, Vespiquen's Power Gen will just kill them both.
Who will win against most pokemons?
Probably Masquerain. Masquerain has a nice movepool, Quiver Dance, Intimidate (it also gets Hydro Pump!) and it just generally has a better movepool than the other two.
Who is your favorite?
Mothim. I don't care how lame people think it is, it's super cute and it's shiny form is one of the best shinies ever. Tinted Lens + Quiver Dance are nice upgrades for it this Gen, too.

Bug/Flying is still a horrible type, though.

Edit: I've included 5th Gen in this, but the "UU" in the title gives me the impression this is for 4th Gen... :/ If it's not for 4th Gen, and infact 5th, then Yanmega, Scyther and Ninjask are missing. Scyther was UU in 4th Gen, or was it NU, either way, it's missing. Ledian, Butterfree and Beautifly are others that are missing.

Personally, I'd have had Masquerain keep its Bug/Water type, and gain Levitate upon evolution...

I'm torn between Vespiquen and Masquerain. They are both usable to minimal degree and unique enough. Masquerain is cute and I like its concept, and again it is really a shame it has poor usability and loses the chance of being a But/Water.
Vespiquen is a concept that shows often in videogames and it took a while to show up in Pokemon. The design is pretty awesome, and it is too a real shame that despite with three signature moves it isn't usable, it'd have been a rather unique pokemon.

I'll say Vespiquen IS the best because they at least tried to make something different, but unfortunately didn't do well beyond a gimmick. However I vote for Masquerain because it is my favorite and it had quite the wasted potential.

Also talking about 5th Gen... Oh, Ninjask... From doing so good in your introduction, you were turned into an useless bug by a poorly balanced metagame.

yea i know, I just don't wanna put them all here and make a crowd ^^, These 3 are fine. IMO, Yanmega, Scyther (with eviolite is good) & Ninjask should be compared in another group, as they could totally outclassed these cute bug flyings we have now :)

Who has the best design? Masquerain. Masquerain looks beautiful and creepy at the same time, thanks to his colourful wings.
Who will win against each other? Vespiquen would win, because of Power Gem. However, Masquerain learns Ice Beam, so Masquerain would K.O. Vespiquen and Mothim with one attack.
Who will win against most pokemons? Masquerain and Mothim, because of Quiver Dance and their decent movepool.
Who is your favorite? Masquerain, of course. Its design is clever, and I like its original cry in the games.

Who is your favorite? Masquerain. It's my 3rd favorite Pokémon.

Who has the best design? Masquerain is very unique and has the best design in my opinion.
Who will win against each other? Vespiquen has good defenses and a versatility of move types. Vespiquen.
Who will win against most pokemons? Vespiquen, like above.
Who is your favorite? Mothim: the Dude Butterfly Pokémon.
 
I voted Vespiquen, but I may have rushed it. I like Masquerain and its various Grass/Water/Ice moves. It probably has the best defenses for a Quiver Dance pokemon (with its SP. Def and Intimidate).
 
Masquerain strikes me as the most interesting design- and movepool-wise. TBH, none of them have much going for them, even ignoring tiers and whatnot.
 
I like Masquerain the best.
Because it looks so adowable <3
...And it evolves from water type.

I also had it on my team once.
...Sure, it didn't sweep or anything but was still fun to use. :D
