Here we have a battle between to time rulers.

Diagla: The pokemon the rules Time. He can minipulate time itself at will. In other words, he can slow down, speed up, and halt time. Dialga can also send a group of humans, pokemon, and even inanimate objects through time as seen in the twelth pokemon movie.

Sailor Pluto(Sailor moon anime): Sailor Pluto is the Sailor Scout of Pluto and is the gaurdian of the Door of Time and Space. She can stop Time but is forbbiden to do so.


Who will win?
Who is more powerful?
