Battle Tower Team needs help to beat it 100x

Hey guys, I need some tips on beating the battle tower 100x.



I have been breeding for a Timid/Modest Ralts, Like 30 Ralts no Modest/Timid then I was like Ef it and took a Bold for extra defence.

My team ATM:

Gardevoir lvl 50, Nature Bold.@ Lum Berry
Stats: 145 Hp, 74 Attack, 86 Defence, 165 Sp. Attack, 131 Sp. Def, 115 Speed.
Moves:
Hypnosis
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Calm Mind

Ludicolo lvl 50, Nature Timid.@ Leftovers
Stats: 144 Hp, 72 Attack, 76 Defense, 142 Sp. Attack, 112 Sp. Def, 133 Speed.

Moves:

Surf
Ice Beam
Leech Seed
Protect

Skarmory lvl 50, Nature Impish.@ Sitrus Berry
Stats: 147 Hp, 110 Attack, 190 Defense, 46 Sp. Attack, 90 Sp. Def, 101 Speed.

Moves:

Drill Peck
Steel Wing
Toxic
Metal Sound

I got more pokemons at Lvl 50.
Dusclopse, Walrein, Torkoal, Pinsir, Donphan, Flygon, Hariyama, Chimecho, Glalie, Camerupt, Gyarados (FAIL) LOL! Seriously my weakest pokemon, Girafarig, Regice, Breloom, Cacturne, Weezing, Starmie, Ninetales, Salamence (Also a fail), Muk, Ninjask.

I'll explain my fail Gyarados.

Nature Adamant
Stats: 177 Hp, 185 Attack, 94 Defense, 68 Sp. Attack, 118 Sp. Def, 97 Speed.

Moves:

Waterfall
Flail
Dragon Dance
Trash
Soon I will be getting a Link Cable to trade over my Beldum from Ruby to my Sapphire (Adamant)

I just got to 65 Win streak My record atm. I didn't win a Choice band for f sake :/

that gyarados only needs ev's in speed and attack. nothing else. About the same goes for all your other pokémon, only invest a few stats maximum
