Wow, it's been a while since I did an RMT, huh? :-/ Anyway, here's what I've got.
Changes in bold, now meant for double battles.

Tyranitar@Focus Sash
Brave nature
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Atk / 224 SpD
-- Stealth Rock
-- Rock Slide
-- Earthquake
-- Avalanche

First of my two leads. Sets up Stealth Rock, then goes to town with Rock Slide.

Jirachi@Leftovers
Naughty nature
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def
-- Draco Meteor
-- Wish
-- Iron Head
-- Trick Room

It's supposed to function as a sort of cross between a physical wall and Wish supporter for the rest of the team, now running Trick Room. Dragon and Steel give decent neutral coverage, and Iron Head's 60% flinch rate with Serene Grace is handy as well. U-Turn gets swapped out for Trick Room in order to support the rest of the team.

Dragonite@Leftovers/Yache Berry
Quiet nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Sp. Atk
-- Extremespeed
-- Draco Meteor/Protect
-- Fire Blast
-- Earthquake/Dragon Claw

Same set, but since it's not a lead anymore and this is a sandstorm team now, Life Orb got replaced. I can't decide on Leftovers or a Yache Berry, though. EVs got shifted a little bit -- the 4 that were in speed are now in HP to allow a little more survivability. Thinking about replacing Earthquake, though, since I don't have much immune to it.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Adamant nature
EVs: 156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Spe
-- Aqua Tail
-- Ice Fang
-- Stone Edge
-- Dragon Dance

I've got a bit of a Fire weakness, so Gyarados handles that nicely. Changed to a bulky DD set and replaced Earthquake with Dragon Dance to set up a little bit.

Forretress@Leftovers
Careful nature
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Sp. Def
-- Spikes
-- Toxic Spikes
-- Rapid Spin
-- Payback

Sets up entry hazards, spins the other team's away. Not...much to say here, really.

Rotom-C@Leftovers
Timid nature
EVs: 64 HP / 232 SpA / 212 Spe
-- Charge Beam
-- Substitute
-- Shadow Ball
-- Leaf Storm

I'll have to trade for this guy, but it fills a lot of holes in this team. It may not be as effective at blocking Rapid Spin in doubles as it would be in singles, but it's still a good deterrent. Leaf Storm counters a lot of things that would give this team trouble, as well. Shadow Ball and Charge Beam both give STAB, while the Substitute lets me live a little longer.

Dragonite@Life Orb
Quiet nature
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Sp. Atk / 4 Spe
-- Extremespeed
-- Draco Meteor
-- Earthquake
-- Fire Blast (could use a bit more power; Flamethrower is still okay)
I found this set on Smogon and am quite taken with it. Unfortunately, Shoddy Battle refuses to work properly on my computer anymore, so I haven't really been able to test it out. It takes advantage of Inner Focus to stop flinching leads, and can come back later on and possibly sweep.

Jirachi@Leftovers
Naughty/Naive) nature
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def
-- Draco Meteor
-- Wish
-- Iron Head
-- U-turn

This set, on the other hand, is entirely my own. It's supposed to function as a sort of cross between a physical wall and Wish supporter for the rest of the team. Dragon and Steel give decent neutral coverage, and Iron Head's 60% flinch rate with Serene Grace is handy as well. U-turn lets me get in another member of the team more easily after I Wish.

Was Naughty the nature you ended up with?

Lucario@Choice Specs
Timid nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe
-- Aura Sphere
-- Dark Pulse
-- Dragon Pulse
-- Vaccuum Wave

Special sweeper. I forget which Hidden Power it has, but I don't think it's anything terribly useful. Quad resistance to Stealth Rock is handy -- otherwise, fairly simple.

Gyarados@Choice Band
Adamant nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-- Waterfall
-- Ice Fang
-- Stone Edge
-- Earthquake/Payback

I've got a bit of a Fire weakness, so Gyarados handles that nicely. Other than that, standard physical sweeper.

Forretress@Leftovers/Shed Shell
Careful nature
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Sp. Def
-- Spikes
-- Toxic Spikes
-- Rapid Spin
-- Payback

Sets up entry hazards, spins the other team's away. Not...much to say here, really.

Swampert@Leftovers
Relaxed nature
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
-- Stealth Rock
-- Earthquake
-- Ice Beam
-- Roar/Surf

It's better off as a lead.

I hate the thing, but it was the best thing I could come up with to midigate the Fire weakness I have plus set up Stealth Rock and rack up residual damage.

It's also been a while since I last helped you out.

As usual, comments/suggestions in bold.

For jirachi, ice punch is much better than draco meteor since you do more damage to mence, nite, and flygon.

Also, heatran does more for a fire weakness than gyarados, due to flash fire. Also, you have a bit of a blissey weakness, so add in tyranitar over swampert. A bulky t-tar can pursuit blissey and/or set up SR. It also resists fire. (edit: however, it gives you a ground weakness, so replace lucario for flygon or zapdos, or something else flying typed or with levitate)

See, with Jirachi...Naughty might not be the best nature, but the one I have has pretty decent IVs. And the reason I didn't go with Ice Punch is because I wanted to find some way to actually incorporate Draco Meteor.

PD, what purpose does Dark Pulse serve that Shadow Ball can't?

coolking, Tyranitar doesn't really serve my team well either. If adding in one pokemon means that I've got to change 3 others just to accommodate it, it's not worth it.

If you're locked into Shadow Ball with Specs, you can't hit Normal Pokemon (they're immune to Ghost) as long as Lucario is in play.

Edit: maybe you can change some of Jirachi's Defense EVs over to Speed so it can outpace a few threats (this might cost you a bit of bulk, but your EV spread works fine).

Actually, sandstorm is good to your team, and tyranitar resists fie. Its like a perfect match. I just think too much sometimes.

If I put in Tyranitar over Swampert, then you suggest I replace my special sweeper as well. Can you suggest any good special sweepers with Levitate (besides Gengar -- he's too frail for my taste)?

Try Azelf. It's got Levitate.

Azelf
-Nasty Plot
-Psychic
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot/Hidden Power Fighting
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt/Leftovers

or

-Psychic
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot/Hidden Power Ground/U-Turn
-Explosion
Nature: Naive
EVs: 40 Atk/252 SAtk/216 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or

-Psychic
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot
-Trick/U-Turn/Explosion
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Hp/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Scarf

Choose whichever of those 3 sets you like.

Azelf is also really, really frail. :-/ If I'm going to be running Sandstorm, I'd appreciate team members with a little more bulk to them so that they won't go down to a hit they'd otherwise live through were it not for the sandstorm.

*sigh* I've seen Rotom and it's various formes used successfully on a sandstorm team, and I thought about him, but I don't have the secret key.

What about Gliscor? It's half flying, so ground attacks don't work, and it's pretty bulky. Plus, one of it's abilities is supported by sandstorm.

Try the Stallbreaker set. It's a great counter for Blissey that don't have Ice Beam.

It's also pretty crappy as a special attacker. If I'm going to be getting rid of my special sweeper, I'd feel better with replacing it with a pokemon who could fill that role as well.

Oh, I didn't know you wanted a special sweeper.

How about Suicune? It has graeat defenses, and with Calm Mind, it's a great sweeper. I suggest the Offensive Suicune set. It resists fire, and can kill most EQers.

Damn...I was kind of hoping to use this Lucario. It's shiny and has good IVs and everything. :-(

Suicune sounds like a good option, though I'd like to see if I can't somehow get my hands on a Secret Key and figure a way to use one of the Rotom forms.

im guessing levitate is to make no ground weakness? celebi (or shaymin if you hate pursuit) is your best bet if not azelf, since it resists ground, or mence, if you wants. i think suicune is the most annoying thing not named jirachi, so go ahead and use it, its really good.

Another option may be Mesprit. It may be UU, but it's got Levitate and has a good balance of power and bulk.

Try this:
-Psychic
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Trick/U-turn/Hidden Power Ground
Nature: Timid
Item: Choice Specs/Scarf
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe

All righty. This is gonna be a bit of a twist, but...I think I'm going to switch this team up a little and make it a doubles team. Edits are in the first post.

(Got approval from Sublime to make one last post here. Better make this count)

Tyranitar: Payback is a better option over Avalanche (because of STAB, and the ability to OHKO Azelf, a lead seen oftentimes). Ground and Rock provide good coverage already. Also, why Brave?

Jirachi: Out of curiosity, why Trick Room? Your Gyarados will be getting Speed boosts from Dragon Dance, and they'll actually make it slower while Trick Room is in effect. Try something like the Trick + Choice Band/Scarf combo instead.

Dragonite: Try Yache Berry. You might run into some Ice Shard users. Also, go with Draco Meteor and Earthquake.

Gyarados: Waterfall > Aqua Tail. If you miss because of the latter's accuracy, that will pretty much cost you an entire sweep.

Rotom: If you're playing HG/SS, you do have to trade for Rotom; you have to have it up front in your party to access the room in Silph Co. where you can change its forme. On-topic: With Leaf Storm, you're wasting your Charge Beam boosts. Maybe you should go with Thunderbolt over Charge Beam (if you want to keep Charge Beam, that's fine).

(All right, looks like I've done enough here. I'll have to step out and let the other BMGfers take it from here.)

Yes, I too was curious why you're running trick room on jirachi and dragon dance on Gyardos, and why you would use Stone Edge AND ice fang on gyrados, considering their coverage is near redudant and earthquake would help you deal with Steels and Electric types

You say you're trading for Rotom? That implies you're not doing this on Shoddy. Correct me if I'm wrong (I never play Wifi), but I'm pretty sure you can't use Rotom formes there. That makes Rotom a little worthless.

Does it really? Bah. But yeah...Shoddy started refusing to work properly on my computer about six months ago, and even un/reinstalling it didn't help.

Hmm...I'd forgotten about that, to be honest. ^_^;; I've never done a Trick Room team.

The only problem with Earthquake is that, since this is a doubles team now, not much on my team is immune to Earthquake besides Dragonite. But I'll switch it up a bit. If I get rid of Stone Edge or Ice Fang for Earthquake, which do you think I should drop?
