Hiya,
I haven't written an introduction thread in ages. In fact, I can't remember the last time when I tried to talk about myself. Anyway, I'm Sophie! I've been on a couple of other Pokemon forums and I decided to snoop around here. I've been playing for a while now and my favourite Pokemon would be a toss up between Arcanine and Porygon2. I do competitive battling on a small Showdown server (which I also happen to moderate woop woop) although my skills are equivalent to a cow's when it comes to the actual tiers. I just like messing around with all the fun formats. As for how I got this username, the first thing that came to mind when choosing a name here was the zebraturkeyfish I had caught in Animal Crossing a while back. I decided to shorten it because I don't know anyone who wants to type something that long every time they log in. And voila turkeyfish! Not a bad name if I say so myself. :]
I guess I could also talk about how I got into Pokemon. After years of following my sister around and watching the anime, I wanted to try the games myself so I decided to start with the fourth generation. That being said, its the only generation I've fully played. I'm working on third and I'm almost done with fifth, so I guess that's a start? Least favourite Pokemon is Liepard. Don't even mention it after this battle that I had. Prankster is a nightmare and that smug kitty doesn't help anything. Grudges aside, I look forward to getting know all of you! I honestly don't bite. I don't think so at least? I'm hoping to see some folks from PC around here too. Anyway ciao!
