Berry problem (PLEASE help me. No one else would)

I asked on GameFAQs and they didn't answer. I asked on Serebii but it wouldn't load. So PLEASE help me out with my problem.

The quick question: every berry I plant takes 4x longer to grow than it says on various berrydexes.

Long version: I plant a berry, and it takes about a day to grow. That's way longer then the various Berrydexes on the Internet say. Can anyone help me out?
 
What berry? Sitrus should take just around a day. Razz should take about four hours. As for the weakness-reducers... those are questionable, I certainly have not gotten them in 18 hours, but I don't know what the real growth time is.
 
I get the weakness reducers in 72 hours. What I've noticed about many of the berrydexes is that what they list under hours is actually the time it takes for one stage, not the entire time. Serebii does it, Legendary Pokemon does... and those are the only two berrydexes I know of. So you'd need to multiply by four to get the actual growth time.

Um... if that isn't the issue, are you using fertilizers? Some of those make berries take longer.
