Rogue Encampment from Diablo 2, really sets the mood for the rest of the game and is a classic in my eyes, (I mean ears).

Tristram's Theme is also really good as well.

Ah yes, Diablo I and II had good music.

Loved the music of the expansion for Diablo 2, especially the town theme.

Some other ones I'll add: Icewind Dale 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal. Amazing soundtracks.

The Silent Hill OSTs by Akira Yamaoka are by far the best game soundtracks I've ever heard. My favourite one is the second.
