Best fourth generation season?

We have 3 seasons of fourth Pokémon generation:
-Pokémon Diamond and Pearl
-Pokémon DP Battle Dimension
-Pokémon DP Galactic Battles
Which one do you prefer and why?
 
Season 3. I don't follow the season pattern as Japan doesn't do seasons. I'm not there, but I follow it from there like a lot of us. Which is why I chose season 3 cause it has the best of the bunch. For now.
 
So far I've been liking Battle Dimension the best. Not sure why, really. Maybe it's because that's where the Wallace Cup took place and that's my favorite part of DP? Who knows.
 
I say Battle Dimension as well.
Plenty of awesome things and fresh ideas (jessie winning 2 contests, wallace cup, buizel/aipom trade, maylene's gym...) i really loved it.
But i think season 13 will be better (

Galactic Battles has been ruined IMO by all the HGSS promotion campaign (DP138>148).
 
I'm noticing that a lot of those very early DP episodes haven't aged well. Upon rewatching them now after awhile, the "freshness" is gone because now those new Pokemon we're used to and Paul and Dawn aren't fresh new characters anymore.

Anyway the gap between Gardenia and Maylene was the most taxing, even if some of those eps were good.
 
It's really hard to choose... maybe 11 since this was when Dawn got "depressed" (though it started with the last eps of 10) and eventually got her confidence back... I really liked it
It also had the Veilstone Gym Battle which was one of (if not THE) best Gym Battles in my opinion and Maylene herself also had a nice story too
But the other seasons had great stuff too - 10 was the introduction of Dawn and most of the other important characters, a lot of the team's Poké were obtained there, that whole season is one big set up for everything that happens in the next ones... and 12 had Candice, Brandon, Ash/Paul full battle, Galactic final, etc....
I like them all XD it's too hard to choose
 
Wow, that's a hard question.... I watched most of Diamond and Pearl straight through without stopping almost up until the start of Galactic Battle, so season barriers are a little harder to remember :) There are certain episodes that I adored, so I think I prefer Battle Dimension so far, though it's close with Galactic Battle. But it's all good!!!!

I agree with you :) Battle Dimension is my favorite DP season simply because of the Wallace Cup ;)
 
Gonna go with the majority here: Battle Dimension. Had a lot of great moments: the Wallace Cup, the summer school arc, finally starting to give Team Galactic proper focus, introducing Gligar/Gliscor and Barry, the Veilstone arc, great filler episodes like the The Keystone Pops and Lean Mean Team Rocket Machine, more character development of Chimchar, the Kidnapped Riolu two-parter, Dawn's losing streak and the resulting depression(!), emotional Team Rocket releases, lots of stuff. Of course, season 11 also has some of the most boring episodes of DP so far (the Chingling episode, Cresselia vs. Darkrai, the Psyduck episode, etc.) but all in all I say it had the greatest batch of episodes of DP's first three years (I'm goin' off what I've seen of season 12).

Season 10 also has plenty of good moments (the Tag Battle arc may be the best episodes of Pokémon) but all in all it's a bit lacking in comparison. Even when I was watching them as premieres, it mostly felt a bit too slow for its own good. There are lots of good new introductions (Dawn, Paul, J), great comedic episodes, and a gradual shift into futher emphasis on episode-to-episode continuity and story arcs, but it kind of took a bit for DP to really hit its stride.

As for season 12, I'm going off to where the dub is now, but it's more or less uneven to me. I like the Iron Island two-parter and the Snowpoint/Acuiy episodes, but the rest of it's been pretty forgettable or boring (although the wacky antics of Rotom and Phione amused me). I honestly think I wouldn't be as cynical if it weren't for Ambipom and You-Know-Who. No, I'm not gonna let that go. ;P The apparent flipping off game geography completely at some points kinda has been irking me a bit too for whatever reason. I'll wait til the finale to give it a proper review, though; some upcoming-in-dub events sound exciting.

My favourite is Battle Dimension because i liked the Wallace Cup, Maylene's and Fantina's gym and the summer school arc!
But Galactic Battles has my favourite D/P episode: EVIL TOGEPI! DP142
 
Well, to be honest, I don't care much for the D/P seasons in general. Meh... =/

But I guess if I had to choose, I would pick Galactic Battles. Because I love the opening theme. ^^

And of course, season 12 has been way more enjoyable to me (than seasons 10 and 11 were).
 
Well I like them all but hmm guess I'll go with season 11 Wallace Cup and Team Galxys evil scheme moving forward, than Hunter J being more evil trying to kill Ash. Yah that was a good season, like I said though I'm enjoying the series.
 
Some people over did it a bit about Hunter J trying to kill Ash crap which wasn't that big of a deal in the first place and Hunter J was Already evil to begin with its not really a big deal so don't make one out of it.

But i do have to admit season 11 of the DP series was good with the Wallace Cup and the Team Galactics evil plans. This season its ok not to bad at all, but there were some crappy episodes in this season while the rest were pretty good.
 
Can't say I really love any of them, but I did kinda like the early episodes of DP, seemed like that Dawn girl had her own thing going on and she'd have some interesting chemistry with the guys, but from the last few episodes I saw, she was starting to get boring.

Also wasn't feeling how battle centered the show was getting.
 
I think season 13's gonna be beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because DP157 that just aired today premiered season 13.

Though I was expecting Ash to challenge the E4 in DP Galactic Battles, but this whole gap between the Snowpoint and Sunyshore Gyms is horrible.
 
Battle Dimension, absolutely. I loved the Wallace Cup and the summer camp arc.
It had other great episodes too, such as the one where Jessie released Dustox.
 
I think the current batch of eps after Galactic battle, (the dub name hasn't been named yet), but Season 13 is bound to be the best with the league upcoming.
 
So far my most fav is Battle Dimension. But that could change depending on how good season 13 is.
