i was thinking: Impish and leveling its Speed and Defence

Post your question in the RMT thread. :p Alternatively, you can try the simple questions/answers thread. OR, you could try the Serebii forums, or the Smogon forums. Both have extensive competitive battling movesets and EV sets.
