Best Legendary of all time?

The best legendary Pokemon just has to be Latias. It's so cute and misty. I can't live without it.
 
The Regis are fantastic, but my single favourite is Yveltal, oddly my favourite everything changes each generation, Game Freak can't do wrong by me.
 
I love the design of the Regis, so that's the best for now. The genies are second.

What I consider the best is currently an unrevealed legendary. It's the real last one in the PokeDex.

Tough choice! I think I have to go with Mew though. ^^ Just because it's so elusive and you can't catch it in any of the games besides the Mew glitch and events.
 
Existentially: Arceus
Story-wise: Mewtwo
Aesthetically: Zekrom, Reshiram
Competitive power-wise: Darkrai

Personal favourite: Suicune, Giratina, Kyurem + Black/WhiteKyurem
