Best Legendary Pokemon

Same principal as the thread I made earlier today entitled 'Best Original Pokemon' but with results we will be able to see in the foreseeable future. Below is a list of all legendary Pokemon, each starting with a score of 10 (or not quite because the list will start after I have tampered with it =P) post only once and add one to your favourite and take one away from your least favourite. Every time a Pokemon reaches zero, it needs to be removed, eventually one will be left with points and that will officially be Bulbagarden's favourite Legendary!

Also, re-order after your turn, so that the highest scoring Pokemon are at the top.
