What are the best lines Pokemon NPCs have ever said?

"Don't move... Just like that..." On the Ferris Wheel in Nimbasa City, this got slightly awkward.

"Then I, Wattson, shall electrify you!" This sounds... wrong...

"No, I can't let you have a watering can, it's too dangerous..." Wuut?

"Hose her down with water and then go for it!" Umm... Good thing that he specified to use water...?

"Hi! I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear!" A classic.

Of course, there are bazillions of quotes that could be taken... the wrong way...

Also, "My name's Eusine. I'm on the tail of a Pokémon named Suicune. And you are...? <player>? Glad to meet you! I heard rumors that Suicune is in this Burned Tower, so I came to look. But where exactly could it be?" Eusine is still my favorite Pokémon character to this day. His civilized manner of speech yet childish motivation is what makes him so great.

Annnnd finally, the line that will always make me squee like a fangirl:
"Mr. Darach...His feelings for Lady Caitlin are all bottled up...Oh, how I pine for him..."
 
There's actually a Hiker who has the dialogue which is the lyrics to a song "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" and then when you defeat him he says "Fire Away!" Not reaaally memorable but it's a cool connection.
 
"If I'm wearing a bikini... where do I put my Pokeballs? Teehee... womans secret!"
 
I'm really a fan of N's lines. I think a couple of the best ones are "I learned that this is the formula for changing the world. Accepting different ideas... I want to see if you a trainer whose heart is strong enough to do that." and "It's not necessary... Separating the black from white and humans from Pokémon! If you think in terms of each individual life, this world was in a state that couldn't be divided any further. Possibilities are born out of combining and fusing these different lives! There are some things we can understand only by doing this. It will give form to unseen things. These formulas will restructure the world and make it richer!"'

Of course, there's always his Ferris Wheel line in B2W2: "You! Ride this Ferris wheel with me!" xD
 
The Ferris Wheel convos... Especially that male Ace Trainer who apparently hates heights...

Also, when a Plasma Grunt called Marlon "Smiley Swimtrunks" or something along those lines. XD
 
"Are Volkner and Flint really good friends? I've heard all they ever do is argue and bicker." - NPC in Plat. Because I'm a proud Ignitionshipper.

Flint: Hmm...
Volkner: What's wrong? You're looking serious for a change.
Flint: It's this place. You know how drab the League is? Don't you think the place should be more, you know, festive? With more decorations, awards, and things like that?
Volkner: Don't start! That will make my Gym stand out less.
- Conversation at the Battleground. There's something adorable in this conversation; Volky notices Flint's mood and plus it's funny.

And then there's a quote that I can't find, but it was about Cynthia in a bikini for all the yuri fans out there. Some girl in Undella town (BW).

And then N in BW. "Is that even possible? Two heroes living at the same time— one that pursues truth and one that pursues ideals. Could… Could they both be right? I don't know." Because he's on to something.
 
"Ferris wheels sure are great. But that can't be proved with numbers. It's the incompleteness theorem..."

I don't know why this line cracks me up. Maybe because it's so very N, or maybe because it makes like no sense.

"They're still warm" -that guy who gives you running shoes in HGSS I forgot his name but he had one and I think it's the Guide Gent but I'm not sure

I like that look you're giving me. I guess you'll give me a good match. That's good! Looking real good! All right! You and me, let's enjoy a battle that can only be staged here in the Pokémon League!

I did my training on Mt. Pyre. While I trained, I gained the ability to commune with Ghost-type Pokémon. Yes, the bond I developed with Pokémon is extremely tight. So, come on, just try and see if you can even inflict damage on my Pokémon!

I've traveled from afar to Hoenn so that I may hone my icy skills. But all I have seen are challenges by weak Trainers and their Pokémon. What about you? It would please me to no end if I could go all out against you!

In their natural state, Pokémon are wild living things. They are free. At times, they hinder us. At times, they help us. For us to battle with Pokémon as partners, do you know what it takes? Do you know what is needed? If you don't, then you will never prevail over me!

You... What did you see on your journey with Pokémon? What did you feel, meeting so many other Trainers like you? What has awoken in you? I want you to hit me with it all! Now, bring it!

Nothing can really compare to the first time you fight the Elite Four. I can still imagine when the music to battle Sidney starts and he sends out his Mightyena!
 
"Why so serious?" -Silver, sending out his last Pokemon in the Goldenrod Underground battle with him, HG/SS. Oh man, that line actually made me laugh the first time I saw it.
 
Wait, still nobody has quoted Juggler Irwin? "Oops, I dropped my balls!" Almost as classic as top-percentege Rattata.
