Best Plot Ever!

What is your favorite game plot?(Aside from D&P) This has nothing to do with graphics or systems,just plotline. My favorite would ahve to be the Silver/Gold/Crytal plots. They're just totally different!
 
Unfortunately, Pokemon wasn't designed to have a great plot. It's basically just collect some badges, stop some bad guy, collect more badges, then defeat the Elite Four and Champion.
 
Which is why several people, myself included, regard PMD to have a better plot than is usual for the series. (Then again, in some respects it might be considered more simple. However the execution is better.)
 
Colosseum and XD have the best plot in my opinion. There's an actual storyline instead of collect 8 gym badges and beat the Pokemon League to win.

Of the ones I've played, I'd say that the DP storyline is the best.
I mean, a guy trying to destroy the universe so he can make another one
where he's a god. It's much better than a large, elaborate criminal
organization stealing random crap or two groups competing with each other
to cover the entire world with either land or ocean.
