What is the best song from the original Pokemon games? I think its Lavender Town, it was always so creepy and eerie! I even found some cool piano covers of it and it sounds even creepier! Check it out and tell me what you all think is the best original Pokemon song!

That cover gave me goosebumps. And the picture... oh man. All of it, right in the feels.

The final battle vs Blue is definitely my favorite from these two games. It's friggin epic, even in 8-bit format! I actually have it on my iPod to listen to while working out. Gets me pumped, yo.

I think this makes me a nerd, working out to Pokémon music. Oh well.

The theme, or course. No shame in saying that I know it by heart~ Da, nan na, duh na na na...

I am not a big fan of RBY soundtrack, but Lavender Town's theme is freaking awesome.

There aren't many songs in the RBY that I am a huge fan of but I would say Lavender Town is the stand-out song. It's iconic and the theme song of hundreds of creepypasta relating to this fanbase. If I had to be original and pick something other than Lavender Town theme (or the Pokemon Tower theme) it would have to be the Kanto Champion Theme (A.K.A Blue's Champion Theme).

I've always, for some reason, loved the bike music! It's so cheery and happy, I just wanna hum along.

And Lavender Town too. I was a fan of creepypasta for a while, and even when I was little, I really liked it. Strange, however, I never found it to be scary or creepy in any which way. Nor the plot for that town.

In my opinion I would have to say the Surf theme, i like how the surf theme is calm and relaxing.

Some of the songs from the original games drove me insane after listening to them for too long! I remember having dreams set to the song from the Pokemon Mansion!

I liked Blue's battle theme. It was quite epic. Of all the over world themes, I preferred the Mount Moon theme because the song reminds me of Zubats, even though they are very annoying.

I like Pallet Town Theme and the intro with Prof. Oak's theme, especially when covered by Skotein.
Lavender Town is always a classic.

It was very limited back then but my favorite had to be the Gym Leader Theme, it was miles above the rest!

My favorite theme is the wild Pokemon Battle music in Pokemon Red/Blue. I especially like the Pokemon reorchestrated version by Skotein, check it out every body: 07 Battle! VS Wild Pokémon - Pokémon Reorchestrated: Kanto Symphony - YouTube

Have you heard the Pokemon reorchestrated version of the Gym leader them? Check it out: 17 Battle! VS Gym Leader (& Elite Four) - Pokémon Reorchestrated: Kanto Symphony - YouTube

The song that's always in my head is the Viridian city town theme (not the one from the anime)
Whenever I hear this music I picture a girl riding a bike in a field of pink flowers. Occasionally I get dreams about it :)

Lavender Town is a classic because of the overhype it got. But my ULTIMATE favorite is the music in the Pokemon Tower. It is just so eerie and haunting. It's like the music is attacking you.

I would say it was definitely Blue's Champion battle theme. It was epic and I find it on Youtube every once in a while just to listen to it.The version on FRLG and Black2 and White 2 are good but nothing beats those 8-bit sounds.

Route 1 is the jauntiest tune I have ever heard, and I've been to many a ceilidh and been exposed to some obnoxiously jaunty music, so I know what is and is not jaunty.

However, Viridian Forest is my favourite of all the music from all of the Pokémon games. Love it.
