In Japanese, my favorites are all of the verisons of Kimi No Soba (Dawn's theme), the first veresion of The Greatest Everyday, and Kaze no Message.

In English, my favorites are Unbeatable (8th opening) and Stand Up (12th opening). And This is a Beautiful World (11th movie ending) is amazing too.
