Johto= Totodile

Hoenn= Mudkip

Sinnoh= piplup

• Hoenn -> Torchic and Mudkip (^_^ Equally awesome!)

Hoenn - Mudkip, it learns Hydro Pump, Muddy Water, Mud Shot, I mean, great move pool surely?

Sinnoh - Piplup, penguins rock!

Yeah, no love for the water-types. Don't see any need for them when there are plenty of decent non-starter waters.

Johto: Chikorita (even though it's probably the weakest of all...). Cyndaquil.
Hoenn: Bl... Torchic. Torchic.

Well if I were playing yellow I'd have one of each possible starter type.

Hoenn: Unusually, for Hoenn I like the Grass Starter, Treecko. He be stylin'.
Sinnoh: Hikozaru. I still think that everyone who doesn't like him is crazy and/or monkey racist. Because dude, Hikozaru? Is a freakin' FIRE MONKEY. And Moukazaru? Freakin' SON GOKU FIRE MONKEY. And Goukazaru is a FREAKIN' SON GOKU HELLFIRE MONKEY. It really doesn't get much cooler than that.
