Best Trainer in the whole of pokemon legend. (game only and not inclluding you)

I think the best trainer so far is either Gary as Champ or Cynthia as Champ

First of all, this is an incomplete poll since Red is not included. I would've voted for him if he were, though.

Instead, I chose Cynthia, since her Pokemon have perfect IVs (according to Bulbapedia), she's challenging to battle, and she's hot.

However, in terms of just Pokemon levels, I would have to say it would be your Rival in Platinum, since he can attain the highest Pokemon levels of any trainer you can challenge in that game, after a few times of battling him.
