Best way for level-grinding

I'm just going to add that ideally you should be clearing that all with just one Pokemon so you can grind 5 at a time with Exp. Share... unless you want to grind them to level 100, then said Pokemon will be able to hold their own.

A sufficiently leveled Battle Bond Greninja can deal with Battle Buffet and Morimoto by itself; I've done it so many times its level is such I don't even need Z-Moves anymore, so it is holding an Amulet Coin. Moveset is Surf/Ice Beam/Extrasensory/Dark Pulse.

For Battle Buffet, try to avoid Office Worker Cody the Magnezone Trainer (as Sturdy forces you to waste 2 turns on it, thus 1 less battle). I've noticed that Madame Kathleen the Delibird Trainer gives the most prize money and always prioritize battling her but if you want to focus purely on the most XP you should probably note the Battle Buffet Pokemon you encounter and the Trainers having them, then check their XP yields in Bulbapedia, so you can make a priority list.

If you can deal with Morimoto/Buffet with one Pokemon, said Pokemon is almost definitely able to grind on the wild Pokemon of Poni Gauntlet as well.

The Elite Four should only be used after both the Buffet and the Morimoto battle of the day are done. You are probably going to need at least 2 battling Pokemon for it. I would use Amulet Coin on the lead to grind money as well, that way even using several items to get through won't make you run out of money.

Give a Rainbow Beam to all the pokemon that you need to level up. Give him the Lucky Egg.
Now the most important: find something entertaining to watch. Go to Poni Gauntlet and farm there, while you watch something. Netflix, a Let's Play, TV, whatever. I find that to be the easiest, because you'd only get tired of watching the thing, not grinding, as you don't really have to think about the best strategy to defeat the E4 or whatever, just select a strong attack against the Pokemon in the Gauntlet and you're done.
That, and use the Rare Kitchen to level up 9 levels with just 300FC. I usually save that to use only on the Pokemon when it is the max for that stuff, lvl 89. You just skip directly to lvl 98, lvl it up to 99 and just use a Rare Candy. That's how I leveled up my 3 bred shinies from lvl 1 to 100 for Hyper Training.

And don't forget to check back just in case the Pokemon is shiny, or the health is low af

I can use the Rare Kitchen only for Pokémon up to level 29.
And Rare Candy are hard to find.

You'd need a Rare Kitchen *****. After you become the Champion, you unlock the Rare Buffet and Rare Dinner, which are for Pokemon up to lvl 89 and 79, respectivaly.
If you need to find a Rare Kitchen *****, just check my signature e.e
Also, there is a Rare Candy that regenerates every now and then on Melemele Island. Just go to the beach on Hau'oli City, surf to a small patch of beach and search around for a hidden item.
Alternatively, if you are lucky and/or do a bunch of trades, you can try the Lottery-ID. The prize number 1 is a Rare Candy.

If you don't mind it taking a while, and with minimum input from yourself, I've actually found Isle Evelup in Pokepelago to be effective. I mean, yeah, above Lv 70 they really only level up once per cycle, but if you farm lots of beans and have all the space for 18 Pokemon... well, it works. After they get to Level 100, you can use the same place to do all their EVs as well. And that takes only 1 or 2 cycles of it. I really like the place for EV raising, actually.
