Best Way to Hack 3rd Gen, AR, or GameShark?

Hey, I just wanted to know, (preferably from someone who has experience), whats the best way for me to hack a Ruby and FireRed game? I want to give myself many master balls, and the ticket(s) to get Deoxys, Lugia, Ho-oh, and make Latios and Latias appear easily.
Any suggestions?
