She's not capturing the Deino. Its pretty obvious it belongs to another trainer.

I really hope Iris catches the Deino, she really needs another Pokemon on her team, especially a Dragon type. TEAM PLASMA! WHY ARE YOU STILL NOT IN THE ANIME YET!?
