They're beta Crystal screenshots of the female player and Pokémon Communication Center. I wouldn't bet on getting a translation, as the text is hardly legible.

It's "beta" for a reason. Also there's barely a difference. Just a hair style and outfit change. Possibly a hair color change.

Why is her hair such a dark black? It's not the black and white effect either. It's darker then the other blacks.
