This thread is long overdue! But this series is not only difficult, but great fun. Dungeon crawling, customizing your own unique party, questing, and more what's not to love about it? It's everything you could want in an RPG.

So to start off on some discussion topics:
Which game of the series is your fave?
What classes do you prefer to use or love?
What's your opinion on the upcoming game Etrian Mystery Dungeon?
If your playing through any game currently, which is it and what's your party?

Ah, another discussion that was a long time comming. ;)

Anyway, I'm going to latch on to that first topic of yours and say that, of the two that I've played so far, Untold is probably my favourite, though is very IV close behind.

As for my thoughts on EMD, considering I'm a big fan of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games, I am pretty excited. Also, I'm really glad that the you can see more spaces then you could in Gates to Infinity, which was a rather big issue for me when playing it.

I've yet to actually play my copy of Untold which I need to get on asap. xD Not sure if I would prefer playing story or classic mode first though.

But I love how you can see the character sprites in EMD, I mean I always thought the designs were great so not being able to see them in IV was a shame.

Etrian Odyssey is a series I'm very much interested in. I tried out EOIV's demo and am enjoying it and have recently bought a copy of the full game.
Untold is one I'm interested in too, but... I think I'll buy that at a later date. Hopefully.

Anyway, I guess I'll just say what my team is from the demo:
Land....something/Fortress/Dancer
Sniper/Medic
