Title says it all really, which version do you play/want? I'm going for White 2 when it is translated.
 
Black 2 has the Challenge Mode so I'm getting that one.
 
How many are planning on buying Pokemon Black 2/White 2

Looking at the game, I admit, I am somewhat tempted after looking at some of the new places you can explore, but from the original Black and White, I don't really find enough there to warrant stepping up to Black and white 2.

The biggest thing I really want from the Pokemon games is ruins and other various secrets to explore, Black and White is ok in that regard, offering things like Abyssal Ruins, and the Relic Castle, but such "tomb raiding" is far and between, and I certainly felt the Abyssal Ruins could've been handled better. Unfortunately, Black and White 2 don't improve enough in this regard for me.

So, what about everyone else. Are you planning on buying Black 2/White 2, why or why not? :ksmile:

I'm definitely buying both games. I haven't kept up with the news about the storyline after they were released in Japan, so that I could experience everything for myself when the games are released. The games look great and I have my teams mostly planned out, so I'd like to raise them. As for why I'm getting both, other than always getting the two new Pokemon games since R/S, I've played through both B/W, so it would seem fitting to play through the sequel to both games as well.
 
I had White, so of course I'll go with White 2. My sister had Black version, so she's getting Black 2.
 
Black 2 because I had White the first go and want to make it different. Plus I can use it to get Pokemon in my White i can normally get and Challenge Mode is an good bonus.

Black 2. It has my favourite set of version-exclusive Pokémon.

edit: Black 2. It's my favorite color. I always try to go with my favorite color/metal/gem when choosing games unless there's only one available(I ended up with Red instead of Blue and Gold instead of Silver) or I want to use more than one starter(I already started with Snivy in Black so I'm going with Oshawott in Black 2. Not a huge fan of Tetpig so no need for either White). I'm not worried about version exclusives since I can trade with my little cousin.

I'm saving up for it and hope I can get it this fall. I wasn't sure at first if I was going to get them(I had originally planned to stop after Soulsilver for main series games until B/W blew me away), but when I found out about the Challenge Mode, World Tournament, and that I could play a character that looks like Sailor Moon; that was it for me.

I have already pre-ordered both of them. I suppose the main reason for buying them would be the fact that the story is set in the future of Black and White. I can't wait!

I'm not sure yet, but it would most probably be both of them. Just like Black and White I will probably get attached to both of them equally.

Of course! I'm getting Black 2.

News of Gen V being announced made me get back into the Pokemon franchise after a decade away from it, and I LOVED the story and character development in BW. I can't wait to find out what happens next.

The World Tournament and other features are just icing on the cake. (really thick, sweet icing!)
