(Cassie has recently adopted the name of Blackbat in the comics and is now based in Hong Kong as part of Batman, Inc.) Both were raised as living weapons, but became heroes. They are two of the most dangerous fighters in their respective worlds. Who would win a fight between them?

I think the healing factor gives X-23 the slight edge.
 
I'm going with X-23.
I believe she's stronger and more capable, in fact, her time with X-Force might help a lot too.
 
I'm going with X-23 as well. Mostly because I'm at least somewhat familiar with her, not so much with Cassandra Cain.
 
I think it's an interesting matchup. X-23 has the healing factor, heightened senses, martial arts training, and adamantium claws. Cassie is one of the best martial artists on (her) Earth, has a very high pain tolerance, and can read an opponent's body language as easily as the average person can read a book.
