Blastoise

I don't recall if Blastoise ever used the move "Ice Beam" or "Blizzard" in the anime, but since it knows the moves in the game, does the Ice come out of the Cannons or its Mouth?

Well, let's see, I'll make a list of all of the Blastoise that have appered in the show and
see if I can remeber any of them using ice beam:
Gary's Blastoise: (no)
Sid's: (from movie 7) (nada, but for some reason I want to belive it did, help?)
The one from beach-blank-out-Blastoise: *shakes head*
Shell-shocker: (from movie 1) (It barely did any thing, so no, and that means the clone can't either)
Cissy's: (All it did was race I think, however I havn't seen this ep, so don't qoute me)

As for my opinion, I think if they did show a Blastiose using icebeam some day, it would probably shoot it from it's canons, seeing as though that's how it does everything else.
