BlazBlue Alter Memory is an anime based of the popular Japanese fighter games, BlazBlue.
Main Characters:
Ragna The Bloodedge: A white haired anti hero known as the "Grim Reaper", Ragna is taking out NOL Facilities left and right for unknown reasons, and is the main character of BlazBlue
Jin Kisaragi: Known as the Hero of Ikaruga, and a high ranking major for the NOL. Jin is in fact Ragna's brother, and while cold on the outside, a sadistic streak reveals itself around his brother. He uses his katana, Yukianesa, to freeze his foes to the bone.
Noel Vermillion: A young soldier for the NOL, and Jin's secretary. She's tasked with bringing back Major Kisaragi to his post, but her mysterious past may play a bigger role in the series of events then everyone might realize.
Rachel Alucard: A young looking Vampire Lolita who seemingly knows all. She's a mysterious individual whose true motives as of now, are unknown. She's playful, graceful, arrogant, and condescending. Rachel also seems to have a connection to Hazama.
Hazama: The head of the intelligence department for the NOL, Hazama is a mysterious individual, whose true motives as of now, are not known. He seemingly knows more then he let's on, and is currently at odds with Rachel Alucard.
