This RPG is based on the Bleach anime and manga. I'm also open to suggestions for a name :/.

The plot is this; the Soul Society is under siege again far in the future of the current Bleach timeling, S.G. Yamamoto has died. The 13 Court Guards are unsure how to react; he has been their leader for longer than any of them, save a few, can remember. In his wake, there is an Arrancar attack on the Soul Society, despite them being supposedly wiped out long ago. You are trying to track down this new threat and destroy it.

Name: Aisu Kuchuki
Gender: Male
Appearance: Aisu has black hair like his father and grandfather and is tall. He is muscularly built with ice-blue eyes.
Zanpaku-to: Saihyo (Breaking Ice)- a blue blade on a diamond-shaped hilt. Incarnation: A white tiger
Shikai: (Incantation) Shatter, Saihyo!- Like Byakuya's, it shatters into hundreds of tiny, frozen blades that he can control.
Bankai: Shinshin Saihyo- Aisu's entire body is covered in ice, giving his extraordinary speed and strength, as well as the ability to freeze things from a distance. As a last resort, he can shatter all of the ice he is touching, including that covering his skin, to create a massive Senbonzakura effect.

History: Aisu is Byakuya Kuchiki's grandson. He became a Soul Reaper at a young age and studied the legendary Toshro Hitsugaya's fighting style and mastered ice Kido. He discovered his Bankai when he was recovering from a Hollow attack, and released it to defeat a Menos Grande.
Other: He had a morbid fear of the color green.

That's something I was thinking about, actually, but was about to fall asleep (As you can see by the few things I left out) and just left it at shiginami (and I can't edit it now, I don't have enough time). When I get back from school, I'll think about it longer.

Zanpaku-to:Nijiro(Rainbow Colour)A medium sized katana with a rainbow coloured hilt.ITs incarnatin is a glowing white ball the size of a beach ball.
Shikai:(incantation)Flash,Nijiro!-The sword grows lager,and begins to glow with rainbow energy.Its fist special ability is named Niji Shuuha (Rainbow wave)It gives Ryo the power to Send first a largish red wave of power,then orange and so on.during this technique,Ryo's Shunpo is greatly improved,alowing him to get into position before releasing the next wave.His second abiliy is called Shiro Shuuha.It sends a single large white wave of power,which is 7 times more powerful than Niji Shuuha.
Bankai (not needed if lower rank, put it if you plan to develop it):Akarui Nijiro-In Bankai,His first two zampakto abilitys remain the same,but Niji Shuuha is as big as Shiro Shuuha in Shikai,and Shiro Shuuha is as wide as a car,and tall as a 5 story car park.He also has a last resort ability named Hisen.Hisen Changes the normal Bankai sword into a large pike,Which fires a large wide white beam similar about the size of a house.

You can be a vizard (but I won't accept too many), but not an arrancar. I might change this later, but now, i doesn't seem like a good idea.

TGT: I added something at the top, add your zanpaku-to's incarnation please (basically what the soul inside of your sword looks like)

Name: Kona Takashi

Gender: Male

Appearance: Black haired, tanned skin, blue eyes with slits, looks like Ggio Vega

Zanpakuto: Kobimaru (Fox tail). Release is "Trick". Sealed form is a katana with a golden cloth covering the handle and a tsuba shaped like tails.

Shikai: A guan dao with fur at the base of the blade. A running fox design runs though the shikai's shaft.
Bankai: A giant nine-tailed fox skeleton twice his size held together by kido, controlled by puppet lines. Fox fur covers shoulders and drapes over the back. A human head-sized fox skull is on his head. Bankai name is Onikokuou Kobimaru (Demon King Fox Tail)

Squad: 14 (Recently made)/8

History: Kona was made into a Shinigami during the Winter War under Captain Kyoraku of 8th Division. He quickly climbed the ranks as time passed on. He was soon asked to replace Nanao Ise, the lieutenant of his squad, by Captain-General Yamamoto. He fiercely demanded a new squad to be created so he could be transferred there, because he knew Kyoraku and Nanao's affair, and didn't want to separate them or else he would destroy his soul chain and soul sleep. And beyond Kyoraku and Nanao, he was the best Shinigami in all of 8th Division. After 3 heated arguments among the captains, Yamamoto cleared access for the 14th Division's creation. Their jobs were search and destroyers or patrollers. As of now, they are the smallest division, even smaller than the Zero Division. But what they lack in numbers, they make up for in strength. That was, until Kyoraku's death. He had to confort Nanao in her time of need, who was pregnant with Shunsui's child. His entire squad (10 in total) were transferred to the 8th Division and he was appointed Captain... again.

Other: He wears a pendent that has the kanji for "nine", which he didn't start wearing until he unlocked his Bankai. He was the second Captain to not unlock Bankai for a while.

Appearance:longish black hair,wears half a feather mask and a feather cloak.
Zanpaku-to:Omou.incarnation,a small eagle what sits on his shoulder.sealed form:Nodachi with a wing shaped hilt.
Shikai:Soar,Omou.zanpakuto stays exactly the same as sealed.but gains the ability to manipulate sharp feathers.and use:Hane Taihou(feather cannon)zanpakuto is pointed in a strait line, a beam of sharp metal feathers fly out a speeds of up to 40mph.
Bankai:Yorozu Sora Omou.zanpakuto still the same a sealed,and can still use Hane Taihou.first bankai power:Hane Natsuin.makes a giant box of feathers which close in slowly.if he is present,he can remake the feathers if they are broken.second power:Jishinkaminarikajioyaji Washi.Means thunder eagle.turns into feathers,and flys into the sky.A giant cloud in the shape of an eagle is flying over.Lightning like strikes of feathers fly down to destroy opponents.

Most of the leitenants are still alive

Ukitake is still alive for the irony (and story purposes)

the circumstances of the others' deaths will be explained by and earth-shattering kaboom

Since I'm tired and can't remember names, lieutenants of squads 2-5,7-9,11, 12, and 13
 
Yup. And that also means that Kiyone Kotetsu and Sentarō Kotsubaki are still alive.

Omaeda lived but his captain didn't.... bloody coward. So why did you decide to kill off all of the captains except for Ukitake besides the plot? Some of them we actually like!

You'll learn why the captains died at Yamamoto's funeral, which happens near the beginning. Yamamoto is alive at the very beginning for maybe, 3 posts.
