OK so I just made this team a while ago and did about....30-40 battles with it. Let's just say it's not the best win-loss record but it's not a failed team tbh. So I need some opinions on a way to make it better. It consists of pretty much Ice type Pokemon with Blizzard/Hail combo and other tomfoolery. On a side note I give my Pokemon very, VERY strange/random nicknames..you have been warned.

So let's start shall we~

Lead:
Mamoswine
HP-4, Atk-252, Speed-254
Adamant
Snow Cloak
Focus Sash

-EQ(only going to explain it once for the one's who for whatever reason don't know, it means Earthquake)
-Ice Shard
-Stone Edge
-Stealth Rock

OK so basically this lead is seen a lot. This is my first time ever using this Pokemon(and SOME other's you'll see below) so I'm getting used to him nh. Anyways he is a basic lead that sets up SR and tries to in the process KO the opposing lead/switch in. So far I've been able to KO 3 Pokemon without switching him out.

Revenge Kill
SuckMyClaws(Weavile)
HP-40, Atk-252, Spe-216
Jolly
Pressure
Choice Band

-Brick Break
-Ice Shard
-Night Slash
-Pursuit

I've used Weavile A LOT and it's pretty much become one of my favorite Pokemon. But I have never run this set on him so I thought I'd give it a try. He come's in on anything trying to take it down as his moves cover a good range of Pokemon. But usually he get's KO'd by a Fire Poke or a BP Scizor >_>

SleepSupport
QueenOfTheSea(Milotic)
HP-148, Def-252, Sp Atk-108
Brave
Marvel Scale
Lefties

-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Blizzard
-Surf

So this thing pretty much comes in as a Physical Wall or sometimes if I'm feelin' dangerous I'll try to sweep(yes it can actually work with a wall.) I really have nothing to say about it other then it does a decent job at walling.

Counter
MichelleObama(Jynx)
Spe-252, Sp Atk-252, Sp Def-4
Timid
Forewarn
Focus Sash

-Lovely Kiss
-Protect
-Blizzard
-Counter

So this Pokemon kinda disturbs me but she does a decent job of killing BP Scizor or just countering any physical attacks/pokemon that could threaten my team. Not much to say about her but she might need Psychic as Ghosts pwn her.

Snow Cloak Abuse
FORSTYBABY(Froslass)
HP-32, Sp Atk-224, Sp-252
Timid
Snow Cloak
Lefties

-Shadow Ball
-Sub
-T-Wave
-Blizzard

I just started using this Pokemon with this set on another team and he is pretty badass. Pretty fast and can even take out a Mence, Flygon, Alakazam, Starmie, and etc if I'm pretty lucky to win a speed tie or outspeed.

Swords Dancer
OBAMAsnow(Abomasnow)
HP-4, Atk-252, Sp-252
Adamant
Snow Warning
Lefties

-Seed Bomb
-EQ
-Swords Dance
-Blizzard

:/ I love making fun of his name. Anyways he doesn't seem like a threat to many Pokemon but after a SD(or 2-3) this dude can be a monster. His moves cover a decent amount of Pokemon and after a SD or a few it can outspeed and OHKO a lot of Pokes that might be a big threat to him. And he's my only dude that sets up Hail so he's pretty important to me.

So yeah it's a new team I'm struggling with. So any sort of suggestions or opinions are welcome. If you could point out some(or a lot of mistakes) it would be nice.

Thanks~

A Hail Team... Interesting. I have tried a Hail Team before and found that Tentacruel, Swampert and Walrein are good Pokémon to consider.

Mainly a Hail Team has a big weakness to Steel, Fire, Fighting and Rock Types, Tentacruel is one of the best counters for those weakness. I suggest this Moveset.

Tentacruel@Leftovers (Calm)
252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Sludge Bomb/Blizzard

Swampert is another Pokemon to consider, with both Fire and Steel resistances. I suggest replace your Milotic with a Swampert with this moveset.

Swampert@Leftovers (Relaxed)
240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Stealth Rock / Roar / Protect

Walrein is a must to have on a Hail Team. It's the best Staller for a Hail Team. Since Walrein has Ice Body, it recovers during Hail. I suggest this moveset.

Walrein@Leftovers (Bold)
220 HP / 240 Def / 48 Spe
- Protect
- Substitute
- Roar / Toxic
- Surf

With the 220 HP EVs, Walrein HP will hit 416 HP, which is divisible by 16. Then you use Substitute, which cuts your HP off by 25%, which ends up being 104. After Leftovers, you regain 26 HP, and with Ice Body, you gain an extra 26 HP, which ends up 52 HP altogether after you used Substitute. Then you Protect. Protect will give you an extra 26 HP from Leftovers and an extra 26 HP from hail. Then, you have regained 104 HP altogether, which means you are at the same health you were at before!

Thank you very much, I appreciate your help. I will definitely give this a try and report back.

seriously put abomasnow at front, then withdraw it immediatly so that you have the hail activated and can do it again later.

Yeah I should. I've made a few changes and I'm still thinking about new strategies but I'm in a hurry atm so yeah. The team is decent and I laugh when it takes down a team full of OU's. But yeah I'll work on it more later today and post some changes.
Thanks guys for the help~

I would put abomasnow as a opner
and I don't like the 2 dark type move for weavile...
