Somebody unblocked that person because that person fooled them. Basically, nobody unblock him unless I show you his mother said otherwise, because I've been directly speaking with his mother (and I still am.)

If you don't know the story, you don't need to know unless TTE wants to tell it.

Posting it on the forums is kind of like waving a red flag asking for people (other than those you originally meant to contact) to be curious about the matter.

This isn't really all that private anyway because said user bounced around the forum asking anyone that was a member of both the forums and 'Pedia (myself among them) to post things for them or otherwise assist in circumventing the block.

Wait. As far as I can tell, he's currently unblocked. Paperfairy, are you saying we should block him again?

I think so. The thing about his circumstance is that he's a minor. Ergo, his parents have the right to make decisions for him. If his mother does truly wish him blocked, isn't it her right to do what she can to limit a potential problem she has in her own household? He's not 18 or older; he's 14. You have to keep that in mind.
