Here's a place for all aspiring chefs and casual cooks to share recipies and general cooking tips.

I'll start off with something I whipped up the other night. I took two blocks of tofu and cut them into strips, then I fried them in a little bit of sesame oil and added several spoonfulls of mint chutney. It was delicious! I served it with spinach salad with sesame dressing.

I love to cook, and i cook for my family at least 4 nights a week. My specialty is something i created called Chicken chile pasta.

Hmm it really depends on how much time you have. Simply because you can use canned or fresh vegetables, But I'm generally in a hurry so i use canned vegetables. But basically you can either grill or pan fry (in either pam or a light vegetable oil) 3-4 chicken breasts until fully cooked through and lightly browned. In a separate pot you cook fettucini. Then once everything is done, you add (generally) 3 cans of (Del Monte) Tomato and green chilies, it's generally very bland so no need to worry about spicy stuff. And you'll also add 2 cans of the tomato and green chilie to the pasta. Serve chicken over pasta, and ENJOY!!!
