Borrow Fateful Encounter Celebi/Shiny Legendary Dog

I need to borrow one so I can get Zoroa in Castelia City. It would take 10 minutes max but you will get your Celebi back.

EDIT: I can also take a fateful encounter legendary dog to catch the Zoroark in the Lostlorn forest. I can guarantee the Celebi will be back within 5 minutes, but not for the dog, taking into account I have to catch it.

But I don't want to keep it. I really have no use for legendary pokemon other than to show off.(Which I don't really do anyways)
