Bounty Hunters: Brand New Journey

The world is vast and filled with adventure. Beings that present great dangers, people with great powers that have never been seen. This is the world ruled by Skills.

It all started over 400 years ago when a strange being appeared in our world. This being had great power that destroyed the world and wrapped it in darkness for 100 years. During this time the intrusion of the mysterious being caused the world to change, reshape and become different.

Countries combined, continents broke apart or reconfigured themselves. New species of animals were born and appeared, being that had only been seen in fantasies like Dragons, werewolves or other types of monsters both known and unknown to the world.

But the biggest change of all was the change to humans. People started to develop abilities known simply as Skills. People with skills were born with special conditions that allowed them to do great things.

Eventually peace returned to the world and it began to grow once more, returning to it’s former glory even with all the new additions to life. However, people with Skills were still something that created new breakthroughs.

In order to protect the peace in the world the Bounty Hunter Association was created along with Bounty Hunter. Bounty Hunters are Skill Users who go around the world, discovering treasures, defeating creatures and villains and completing missions assigned to them by civilians or by the BHA itself.

A lot of Bounty Hunters do work by themselves but the majority of them form Guilds, groups of Bounty Hunters that team up in order to take missions from people varying in rank and difficulty. Bounty Hunters Guild can be small or they can be huge and famous, but either way Bounty Hunters are usually looked up as heroes or people with great talents.

Great Bounty Hunter guilds have come and gone and some have stuck and left a big influence on the world. However, this story isn’t about those type of guilds but rather a new one, a new group of people that will cause the wheels to turn once more.

So welcome to Bounty Hunters: Brand New Journey. Now this is actually a sequel/remake of an old RP I had a couple of years ago. It takes place 400 years in the future in a world where people live with monsters and beings known as Creatures of different kinds. The world itself is actually very much like ours using the same technology and even having the same cultural aspects that make out ours like…the Internet and other stuff while still having some of its own advanced technology.

The biggest thing that stands out in this world though are Skills. Skills are special ability that a small part of the world’s population are born with. These Skills can range between three different fields

SKILLS

Life Energy: People that can control Life Energy are born with special pores that allow them to absorb the energy of the beings and living things around them, they can use this energy to power up their own abilities and use them as they please. Essentially Life Energy abilities are abilities that are created through the use of the body or touch.

Magic: People with this Skill are born with a special organ simply known as a Magic Organ. This organ disperses magical energy throughout a person’s body, allowing them to use their Magical Powers. These types of powers can vary in what they do, they could be used to summon actual beings or just use abilities that would seem impossible to the world of logic.

PSI: People born with this skill have increased mental power and are born with the ability to create what is in their minds. By imagining their ability and what they want to use it for they can create and materialize their ability into the physical world. This powers can range from simple psychic powers to even creating illusions and teleporting.

There are some abilities that can be seen in all three fields though, such as elemental abilities which can be used by anyone with either type of Skill, though in how they are summoned varies depending on said skill.

THE WORLD
Earth in this RP has been reshaped completely, countries have fused, others have sunk or vanished and others have even combined. Now the world humans live in is divided into four main continents known simply as North, South, West and East continent respectively with some other areas around the oceans that surround these continents.

Each continent has a variety of cities and countries to its disposal while also having its own main culture and even a merge of different cultures all together.

I won’t exactly be revealing any cities or anything to keep watch for each continent aside from the one the RP is going to be taking place in, you’ll be allowed to great your own cities or towns or environments or whatever if you so want to, though with some basic explanation as for each continent.

The North Continent has a culture that merge the American side of western culture while also merging some aspects of Asian culture to it. It also has some minor aspects of European countries in regards to its valleys and sceneries.

The West Continent implements North American culture along with the United Kingdom, having a lot of cities, landmarks and such inspired or that resemble the old world’s respective culture such as the famous West Continent city of Neo Vegas

The South Continent is very much like the North one except it implements a more South American feeling to it along with a more ancient feeling to it, having a lot of cities or towns that are still unhabitted. It also features more eastern European traits.

Lastly the East Continent combines Arabic environments and cultures along with Asian and European. It is a continent dominated mostly be deserts as opposed to a variety of environments like the other continents do. It is also a continent subjected to many feuds and wars as a lot of countries from other continents wish to claim the resources that can be found here.

The main setting for this will be simple though. The story will take place in Central City in the North Continent, one of the biggest and advanced cities in the world. Our characters will be college students and maybe even adults that will band together to form their own Bounty Hunter guild. They will have to take on different missions of varying difficulties and rewards as well as face off against creatures or enemies the never dreamed of.

Regardless of that I do want to keep a more realistic kind of feel, not to say some fantasy won’t be incorporated either.

RULES

All of the rules for the RP section from the current ones to any future ones stand.

No godmodding. Don’t make your character the master of the universe or give him or her some kind of unbeatable perfect ability or make a character that’s perfect in and of itself oh and put corn in your sign up.

No tennising, bunnying or flaming. On that subject if you have anything that you feel like you have to discuss with someone then take it to PMs.

What I say is law, meaning that you shouldn’t argue against my word. If I see you’re doing something I don’t agree with and tell you to fix it then please do.

Also keep in mind I can reject a sign up or ask for something to be fixed even if that sign up covers everything that is asked, so be on your toes.

Appearance: Kaito has long crimson red hair that goes down pass his neck with bangs that fall over his forehead. He has sky blue eyes and white skin. He has soft features which causes him to look a bit feminine, something that annoys him. He has an athletic built along with multiple scars all over his body as well as a crimson colored tattoo resembling a large eye on the upper part of his hand.

He wears different styles of clothing all around but prefers to always have a jacket on him and has a strong liking for jeans. Kai might not act like it but he actually does feel insecure for what people think of what he wears and never knows if what he’s wearing really makes him look good or not.

Personality: Kai is rebellious, violent and very volatile. He can be a bit selfish since he usually only sees things in the sense of what he wants and how it can help him. He’s very quick to action, acting without anyone’s consent and just generally doing what he wants.

He also tries to make himself seem bigger than what he is, though it’s mostly cause of how confident he is of himself and his abilities. Regardless he also has a good head on his shoulder and while he is quick to act he’s also able to think things through while he’s acting.

Background: to be revealed in the RP

Skill: Life Energy
Ability: Kai’s ability allows him to control metal and anything that has a metallic substance in it. With this he can do multiple things such as controlling the iron in his skin to make it as hard as iron or grab metallic objects and reshape them into whatever he wants. Of course using this power too much can take a toll on him and while he can reshape and increase the metallic particles in something this can also come back to bite him since the less metallic particles in something the less time it’ll be in the shape or form Kai wishes.

Talent: Kai has developed his own fighting style from all his years of fighting in the streets, he’s also had training in order to sense people’s presence and control his energy so that he can use it to its fullest.

Lastly, and while he likes to keep this particular talent a secret, Kai is actually a pretty good artist and singer

Other: Kai has a certain interest for knitting but he’s not able to realize how bad he is at it. He also carries a floating skateboard on his back that his father created.

Name: Rachel Winters
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Orientation: Straight

Appearance:Rachel stands at 5,4 and weighs 104 lbs. Rachel is a beautiful young woman with pale white skin, icy blue eyes, and pin straight waist length hair. Rachel has a slender frame with an hourglass figure, and is often described as carrying herself with a grace that no one could ever replicate. Rachel wears a turtle neck sweater that is a light cream color, with a black skirt and black tights, and black loafers. When it's cold out, she can be seen wearing a white parka with a blue trim and black buttons.

Personality: Rachel carries herself rather refined in manner, being quite lady like and elegant. However, she's cold and distant, and not afraid to berate others who annoy her. Rachel can be quite cold and stand offish, and she's not afraid to resort to violence to achieve her goals. Rachel is very dedicated to her goals, and will rarely let others stop her from fulfilling them. Rachel however, is rather lonely deep down, and she's actually rather kind hearted beneath her icy exterior. She's actually rather kind to children, because of her own childhood.

Background: Rachel was an orphan for as long as she can remember. She can't even remember her name, she just chose to call herself Rachel. Rachel spent the first 11 years of her life, being tossed around foster homes, but being booted out because of her attitude. However, one day, she was adopted by a wealthy tycoon who had no family to speak of. They got along rather well, and Rachel came to care for the man as her father, but at the age of 14, tragedy struck. Rachel's father disappeared, and no one heard a word from him. Rachel was left the manor and his money, and she vowed that she'd spend every minute of her life to find the father she loved.

Skill: Magic

Ability: Rachel's skill manifests itself in the elemental sorcery of lightning. Rachel wields lighting as a close range weapon, or attacking from a distance using bolts and strike of electricity. Rachel's very swift in combat, her movements being described as agile and dance like. Rachel's a deadly combatant, but her defense is rather dismal, and only a few strong physical strikes will take her down without much difficulty.

Talents: Though she'd rather die then admit it, she's a decent cook, and she actually loves to bake.

Name: Tavalla (not that she goes by her real name, she gives fake names to people for fun)
Age: 20
Gender: Female

Appearance:

Tavalla is the deadly cross between a black widow and the classic femme fatale. Tall, graceful and blessed with curves, she is beautiful and she knows it. Her blonde hair is naturally wavy and has black and purple highlights dyed in. Her eyes are normally ice blue but they fluctuate to red and even violet depending on her power levels.

She usually wears dark colors and she doesn't go anywhere without her long black leather boots with stiletto heels. Her taste in clothes and jewelry is dark, expensive and visually stunning to go along with her appearance.


Personality: Tavalla is criminally insane. And yet she's able to function as a member of society. Not a law-abiding one, but she can at least pose as a normalish person. However it doesn't take very long for someone who's paying close attention to notice that Tavalla is reckless, dangerous and has no moral code to speak of. However, she's also charming, intelligent and has a playful and flirtatious spirit. While she can be a very useful friend, she's your worst nightmare as an enemy because she has no qualms with fighting dirty. Mostly because fighting dirty doesn't even exist in her mind.

Skill: PSI

Ability: Tavalla's powers have been passed down from her family, particularly her infamous father. She has pyrokinetic and telekinetic abilities but her trademark powers have to do with mind invasion. She takes a particular glee out of penetrating someone's mind, playing off of their fears and weaknesses, and ultimately tearing the fragile mind to shreds.

Background: Tavalla's story really begins with her father. Known only as Jack, her father was part of one of the elite guilds for a time, during which he absorbed a summation of the world's knowledge in an attempt to save it. However, it came at a price: destabilising his mind even more. A lust for power caused Jack to perform reckless and dangerous experiments on his own mind. He unlocked untold psi powers but at the cost of his own sanity.

Jack's brain was left so unstable that his offspring were left with the blessing and the curse of his experiments. Tavalla was given incredible gifts but also a severe lack of sanity and stability. Hearing and seeing voices and memories in her head that weren't hers didn't help.

Tavalla couldn't understand why she was what she was, given that she couldn't comprehend that her father's experiments had been so dangerous, so forbidden, that they had not only wrecked his mind but hers as well. And the voices in her head, combined with the fact that her powers are so advanced that their usage comes with a price to her own mind have led to her snapping before she was fifteen. All she knows is that her mind seems a little clearer when she wears the black sunglasses that were once her father's.

Talents: Tavalla is gifted at manipulation (with and without her mind altering powers) and she's also rather slick with a deck of cards. She's an accomplished card cheat and can do a few card tricks as well.

Age: 19
Orientation: Bisexual

Appearance: Lay's appearnce is rather mysterious. He has raven black hair, which covers his left eye and has silver tints in it. He has a wiry and tall build, seeing that he is more mindful (no pun intended) than he is combatant. Purple, silky robes with golden embroideries adorn his thin build, along with long satin silver pants that widen towards his ankles. He is mostly barefooted, and his eyes are a purple color. His clothes are fireproof due to his ability.

Personality: Lay is your average quiet, taciturn nineteen-year-old teenager who prefers to be alone. He also likes to read books about mythology, but he does enjoy a good ol' Stephen King novel every now and then. Silence of the Lambs and the Red Dragon are his favorite books to read. He has to be careful, though. If he's careless enough, he might burn his books by accident. Many think of him as odd, but you don't want to get on his dark side. Your skin might become a living torch if you do.

Background: He prefers not to tell.

Skill: Magic
Ability: Due to the Magic Organ, Lay has the ability to - you guessed it - breathe different types of fumes. It depends on his mood. The fumes range from fire, to ice, to sometimes even scalding steam. He doesn't like to use them, but when you have no choice, it's kinda the only option.

Talents: Lay is an extremely flexible contortionist and acrobat, but an even better artist. That's as good as it gets if you're a living incinerator or freezer.

Name: Jake Retro
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Orientation: Bisexual

Appearance: Jake is almost never seen without a pair of sunglasses. He says they're prescription, but really, he just wants an excuse to keep them on. He has over 100 pairs, all in different colors and with different lens shapes. He also has a favorite jacket. It's red leather, with a trio of triangles, in a formation that makes them shaped like a larger triangles, etched into the back in slightly darker red. Underneath it he typically wears a shirt for whatever band he's listening to, and he has about fifty pairs of identical jeans. He has only one pair of red sneakers he wears, though. He's got black hair, spiked, and his eyes are green. He's got a slender build, and peach colored skin.

Personality: Jake likes fighting a lot. It's like a game to him. Some people say that video games make people violent, and Jake could definitely be a good argument for that. He's a decent enough guy, but he'll never hesitate to fight if he has a good reason.

Skill: PSI
Ability: Jake's power lets him materialize items that are deeply ingrained in his conscious. Things like a monster from a horror movie that really scared him, or a weapon from a book he thought was really cool, or a car in a video game that he really thought he'd like to drive. He can only summon a set of items. Adding a new item to his repetoire takes lots of time spent meditating. Also, the items can only be so strong. In theory, he could summon a dragon to level an entire city, or the hammer of Thor to destroy tanks in one hit. He's not even close to that level yet, though. Right now most of the things he can summon are just mundane items that look cooler and may have some added functionality. They also take a few seconds to summon. He has two items in his repertoire:

1. The Hero Sword: A broadsword, about three feet long and four inches thick. Despite it's large size, it's completely weightless for Jake, and he can swing it with ease. It's also very sharp, enough to cut through a few inches of stone if Jake swings it really hard.
2. The Strength Gauntlet: A glove Jake wears on his left arm. It's made of a black rubber-like material. On the forearm rests a white plastic tablet, covered in buttons, which is connected to a plastic plate that covers the back of the hand. It can be used to block most attacks. It can completely nullify weaker attacks, and weakens stronger ones. It can also turn into an arm cannon. It can fire normal shots that hurt about as much as a punch. They're weak, but he can fire them at a steady rate. He can also charge it to generate a more powerful blast, akin to a shotgun. This takes about three seconds to charge. He can't shoot while charging his cannon, but he can move around.

Talents: He's above average as far as strength, agility, and durability goes.

Appearance: Shrouding himself in mystery, Rick does not typically allow people to see much of his appearance. He wears a black, crimson and gold full body suit which includes a black hood, which covers his short brown hair and only allows a glimpse of his emerald green eyes. He is tall and athletic, his training having shaped him into a fighter.

Personality: Rick is quiet, pensive and thoughtful. He won't insert himself into a conversation unless he has something of importance to say. He prefers to observe his surroundings, rather than being the one observed. He has a good heart, even if he hides it behind a gruff exterior. His actions speak far louder than his few words.

Skill: Magic


Ability: Rick's magical abilities give him a few different abilities. He can cloak himself using magic, effectively removing himself from all sensory perception. However, an incredibly powerful PSI user can counter this by sensing his mental presence, something he cannot cloak effectively. He also has the ability to climb walls and hang on the ceiling, but this saps his power at a reasonable rate. His final ability is the ability to summon magical shurikens, which he is skilled in using as a projectile.


Talents: Rick is a skilled marksman, easily able to win games like darts and beer pong with minimal effort. He's also quite talented with his twin laser swords.

Name: Hazel
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Orientation: Bisexual

Appearance: Standing at 5'7", Hazel has very tanned skin and long, dark brown hair that reaches to her mid back. She has side bangs which sweep off to the left side of her face and she normally has the rest of her hair tied in a tight french braid. Her eyes are green in color, and she has a sort of natural beauty to her looks. She has a normal body build, and if anything, is slightly overweight. Due to a mysterious incident as a child, Hazel lost her left leg, and currently wears a metallic prosthetic one which gives her kicks major power. Clothing wise, Hazel prefers to dress very casual, and almost always wears denim shorts so her false leg gets room to work. She wears a long, light blue jacket over a black tank top. Her shoe choice is a pair of old, beat up, black combat boots. There is also a white cloth tied around her knee on her real leg. Her weapon of choice is a heavy, silver sword her younger sister found in some ruins near where she used to live.


Personality: Hazel is very fun and outgoing, but can be intimidating when the time calls for it. People are sometimes shocked by her sudden change in personality once she becomes comfortable around people. She is very competitive and will sometimes use physical force to show her affection for friends. While she comes across as generally friendly, she has built up anger issues that can be released if she is pushed too far. She picked up an interest in chemistry once she realized what her Skill was.

Background: Hazel is from the South Continent, though she recently left out of boredom. She grew up in a relatively old town full of a lot of history, and her family could not afford the technology to afford a really good quality prosthetic leg. It is quite outdated and she desperately wants to upgrade it. Hazel is very powerful and strong due to training from her father as a teenager after losing her leg. The issues surrounding her mother and younger sister are unknown.

Skill: Life Energy
Ability: Hazel is able to create bonds between most elements on in the periodic table, such as merging hydrogen and oxygen to create water. She is also able to use them to her ability to a certain extent and is not hurt by any element she created by bonding two elements. However, she is unable to merge or control any sort of metal. (she is constantly bitter about this because she wants to upgrade her metallic leg.)

Talents: Her favorite sport to play is lacrosse, and she also tends to enjoy wrestling due to the fact she wins often. Hazel is quite powerful, and can easily injure someone bare handed. She is also attempting to learn more about chemistry in order to expand the possibilities of her skill.

Other: swaggy periodic table jokes are her thing.

Gender: Male
Age: 22
Orientation: Straight

Appearance: Gabriel has short messy brown hair and emerald green eyes. He stands short for a male at 5’7’’. He has a thin build and light skin. For clothing he wears black pants with black sneakers, a long sleeved white shirt, and a brown cloak that he can wrap around his shoulders like a scarf. It also functions well to cover his back and work like a hood as well.

Personality: Gabriel is calm and observant. He prefers to think things through if he can before acting. He acts as though others annoy him, however he actually doesn’t mind being around others. He enjoys reading and relaxing outside, and does not like to fight if he can avoid it. He is very protective of those he cares for and would do anything for them.

Background: You’ll see~

Skill: Life energy

Ability: Gabriel controls lighting around him. Basically he can take the lights or shadows in an area and form them into shapes that can solidify. His main choices are a bow and arrow, or a sword. However he can only use light or shadows at once, and not both. It also takes a lot of energy the more complicated and un-practiced the shape is. It can only remain solidified a few moments after it leaves his body, otherwise he must be touching the shape for it to remain solidified.

Talents: Gabriel is a quick reader and observant. He is intelligent about many subjects, and quick at researching. He is skilled in sword play and archery.

Other: Gabriel has asthma, also his back is a weak spot if his back is hit in the right place, it is extremely painful for him, and can render him unable to move.
 
Name: Serina Elsky
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Orientation: Straight

Appearance: Long pale blonde hair that flows straight to her waist, and a thin pale figure. She stands average height at 5’6’’, and her eyes are well…blind. She’s blind. Anyways for clothing she wears a knee length white shirt with long sleeves that have billowiness to their ends. Brown knee length boots cover white leggings. A silver dragon wrapped around a heart pendant is always around her neck, and it has the Star of David engraved on it.

Personality: Serina is always calm and well strange. She often talks in a code unique to her, metaphorical in a sense. She is kind to those that are good, and is not afraid to stand up to those that are not. She adores animals and creatures, and always sees someone for who they truly are at that moment. She is always willing to help in whatever way she can, and enjoys a good day in nature with animals and creatures.

Background: Serina was born in Berlin, East Continent, blind. She grew up not only being teased due to her blindness, but also because her family had Nazi ancestors, on both sides of the family. Despite this her family was Jewish and she took on the religion growing up. She spent much of her time with animals and creatures of the world, eventually at one point adopting a dragon as a permanent companion. She also practiced her skills that she learned she had early on. At eighteen she decided to leave home to study abroad, hoping to become a singer, and activity she enjoyed very much.

Skill: PSI
Ability: Serina’s PSI ability heightens her senses onto an animal’s level, and allows for her to connect with them in a sense, thus allowing the exchange of information and allows for her to control them to an extent. It also allows her to sing and when she does she can put someone in a trance of bliss, however this only works on males, and is quite taxing.

Talents: Due to being blind she has heightened senses minus sight obviously. She also has a beautiful, melodic, hypnotic voice. She can move easily amongst her surroundings using her senses outside of sight. Lastly she can see someone for who they truly are at that moment (her words) though it is unknown if this is due to her PSI ability or just her heightened senses from her blindness. Regardless only the person she is speaking to themselves can understand what she calls them, and even then some can’t.

Other: She has a four legged, two winged, finned, sapphire dragon name Cias who is always with her. This dragon can increase its size to just large enough to carry two on it, though doing so takes a lot of energy. It can also shoot water, though this isn’t very strong. Cias works as an extra set of senses for Serina.

Name: Goldencrantz Kreiger
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Orientation: Straight

Appearance: Goldencrantz is a somewhat slender (though well built) fellow of average height. He has neck length, dirty blonde hair that forms an almost circular shape around his head, and he takes great pride in the way it fluffs forward at his forehead and stops just above his shades. His presence could perhaps be best described as a cross between a secret agent in a classic movie, a delinquent brawler, and a noir-film detective. He generally wears a well-fitted business-like black suit with a variety of ties and scarves... this, combined with his mature and serious posture, make him emit the aura of being one beyond his years. His composure and appearance are of the utmost importance to him, and one of the few aspects about himself that he is willing to grow defensive about. Large portions of his physical form are artificial, some in ways that aid his physical endeavors, but fully clothed, none of these replacement sections are obvious. The large pair of sunglasses he wears at all time are synchronized to his mechanical additions and provide statistics and data in varying capacities.

Personality: Goldencrantz is an unusual dichotomy between a postured, mature figure and a rebel who is comfortable in the darkest of sociopolitcal environments and is dedicated to lashing out against a world and a system that he feels is being led down the wrong path. He takes pride in his assassinations, and is calm and calculating in approach but incredibly impulsive in execution--his hamartia lies in his tendency to value emotions above all else. He's merciless on the job and unfazed by even the most graphic situations, taking a somewhat removed, cynically accepting view of his own life and situations; however, he is highly affected by the emotional auras and tribulations of those he considers comrades and can easily be manipulated through exploitation of his allies. He also harbors a large ego, seeing himself through an immensely 'cool' lens and viewing himself as the protagonist of just about everything in life and as far more invincible than he truly is. To put it simply, he's so convinced after prior trials that he's living the dream life that he's unaware of what a nightmare life can still become.

Background: Goldencrantz is the child of an influential family in the Southern region's political structure, but has developed a great disdain for his mysteriously vanished mother and his conniving, influential, scheming, exploitative father. As such, he maintains a balance between upholding his lineage's debonair approach to presenting one's self and to embracing his wilder rebel side. Through a period he would prefer to ignore at present, he was nearly wiped out in an assassination attempt and fled high society to wander the land as a bounty hunter. The aftermath of the attack led to the neccessity of his various cybernetic implants to function properly.

Skill: Goldencrantz specializes in the art of PSI, coming from a family with a psychic history and having been made subject to horrific tests and training at the behest of his immediate family to improve his abilities.

Ability: Goldencrantz prefers to utilize PSI to strengthen his assassination techniques as opposed to relying on them in its stead. His preferred combat technique is a matching pair of custom pistols: he uses his psychic abilities to guide the paths of his bullets and to manipulate their trajectory in real time, overriding traditional gun physics with his willpower and abilities to essentially remote control them. He also uses statistics from the computer in his sunglasses' custom HUD to calculate factors such as wind resistance, targets' speeds, and the like to aid in his assassinations. He can also use his PSI to focus and see the location of obscured people and objects, allowing him to attack targets from a distance and minimize the usefulness in their abilities to utilize stealth and cover.

Talents: Goldencrantz is also excellent with technology, coming from an environment with access to tech far beyond that of the mainstream public (and where he could learn from the top hackers and programmers of the day). His custom HUD interface on his sunglasses was fully developed and constructed by him, as an example, after years of tinkering and experimentation. His precision and accuracy as a marksman are also top notch, and he can outshine the average gun user even without the aid of his technology and PSI. His PSI also gives him a heightened perception of the emotions of those around him.

Appearance: A white male with scraggly light-brown hair, blue-green eyes. About 5' 8", he dons beige cargo pants and a plain white T-Shirt under a dark-blue plaid overshirt. He usually wears no hat, but he can sometimes be seen donning a camo baseball cap. He has well-worn hands and feet, and long limbs, with most of his height coming from he legs.

Personality: Edward is devious, and can't help but utter a cackle when he sees his opponent's eminent destruction. He's also a kleptomaniac, Often fretting over extremely small details. He's kind to those he likes, but anyone else will just receive glares and cold shoulders most of the time.

Background: He was born in the northern regions, in a chilly town he refuses to name. I'll expand upon it more as we go, I think it'd be interesting to learn my own character's history at the same pace as everyone else. (Meaning: I'm running shot on inspiration)

Skill: PSI
Ability: He can summon any inanimate object so long as it is not any larger than it's environment. He can also manipulate an object he creates in his line of sight.

Talents: Edward has a resistance to the cold, and doesn't mind temperatures that would immobilize others. He also has very good footwork.

@pokefan548; I'm going to need you to expand on his appearance and personality a bit, also if you're going to be adding background you should detail it a bit more or not fill it up a lot. Lastly I'm also going to need you to explain more about his power, exactly what can he summon? and can he control everything perfectly? if so then that power sounds a bit to powerful for my tastes.
