Breeding Dual Ability Pokemon

So I have recently gotten heavy into breeding pokemon in order to share lots of them with my friends and just to fill out my pokedex more easily. I've read quite a bit of literature now about breeding and inheriting moves, IVs, and Natures but is there any way at all to increase the odds of inheriting certain abilties on a pokemon from breeding?

Is it just a flat 50% chance for pokemon with dual abilities to get one or the other from breeding (i.e. Eevee having either Run Away or Adaptability)? Only 2 of my 7 Eevees have Adaptability so far and the one that is a female has Run Away I would like to try breeding 2 Eevees that both have Adaptability to test that, but I figure I'll get a similar outcome to breeding one with Adaptability with a Ditto like I've been doing. Thanks for any input you can provide.

idk, but i think the everstone trick has something to do with it
i have a adament ryhorn with lightning rod, have an everstone on him for the nature, but all of the ones that have the right nature have lightining rod instead of rock head
