Breeding problem

Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm want to get a Tyrogue with Helping Hand. Yet, to get a Tyrogue at all, I need to breed one of its evolutions with Ditto. So how can a breed a VOlbeat and an evo-Tyrogue and produce an egg of Tyrogue?

Also, the egg moves of Tyrogue can only be passed from it's evolutionary parents, meaning all its egg moves come from Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, and Hitmontop. All the egg moves it will ever learn must be learned by itself or its evolutions.

Also it's already in it's learnset when hatched. Eventhough Serebii's dex neglects to mention this, Bullet Punch is a level up move by Hitmonchan. Due to it being an all-male species, it is only able to swap moves from it's parents.

However, Pokemon like Nidoran and Illumise/Volbeat who have male/female counter-species, when the male is bred with the female with the desired egg move, there is a chance (which I believe is a 50/50 one) that the egg moves will be passed.

Maybe I'd like to discuss how some egg moves are near impossible to get, like the helping hand in my scenario.
 
Well now, that seems more like a generalized topic of discussion doesn't it?

And its not actually that hard if you were to take a whole five seconds of your life and use Serebii's Pokedex which he has made so that figuring out basic breeding combinations becomes fairly easy to those with eyes. Of course he for some reason puts useless data like other Pokemon who are technically in the Tyrogue-Family egg groups, but can't actually provide them with egg moves.

And those few egg moves are one in a million, and asking how to get them can be dealt in the Simple Questions thread. A whole discussion on how to get them is pointless when it can be done in one single post.
