Breloom and Minun/Plusle needed

I need a Breloom to breed counter to a Chansey so I don't care about stats or whatnot, but I would appreciate it if it already knew counter or its level is close to learning it.

As for Minun/Plusle I also need it for breeding.
I need one or the other to breed nasty plot to a Togepi.
Same goes for them I don't care about stats I just want it as close as possible to knowing nasty plot or already knowing it.

I have many eggs, baby pokemon, and some DW pokemon.
(though the only female I have is a houndour, but i'll only trade her if you give me both)

And don't forget they have to be male!
