They both share, and are the only pokemon with, the Grass/Fighting type combination.

But which one is better?

The strange mushroom-kangaroo that can absorb poison to heal, leave its spores on the opponent, and fight like that of a pro boxer?

Or the elegant musketeer antelope, that defends pokemon from humans, can create whirlwind-like blades from its horns and is made stronger by attacks from the dark?

I find both to have equally intruiging designs. I like Breloom's a little more because it's insanely cute. Just look at it!
Which would be most useful in battle?
Yet again, both have their merits. Breloom is such an annoyance with Poison Heal SubPunching/SubSeeding. But Virizion is a good bulky sweeper. I'd say this is a draw depending on what your team needs.
In a battle between the two fighters, who would win?
Hmm. Breloom could probably live a hit, Spore and then proceed to SubPunch Virizion. It could also set up a Swords Dance and kill (if it had Technician, it would probably one-hit after a SD, but that's unreleased, so...).
I don't know whether HP Ice from Virizion could one-hit it, if not then it's probably a win for Breloom.
Who represents the type combination better than the other?
A boxing kangashroom, or a sword-weilding antelope? Hmm. Swords don't strike me as representing the Fighting-type as much as boxing does. Breloom.
Which do you prefer overall and is therefore your winner?
Breloom. I'm being highly biased because it's one of my favourite pokemon. I like Virizion, but it doesn't even come close to how much I love Breloom. :D

Breloom's cool to but Virizion wins. I just like the elegant leafy body.
unfortunetaly i don't like Virizions Type combo. But still Virizion wins

For me, it's Virizion. It may be because I'm used to Breloom's design by now, but it just seems better. It might have something to do with how I don't really pay attention to their Fighting-typing, and pay attention to the fact that they're part Grass-type - to me, Grass-types should be graceful, which Virizion is.

Which would be most useful in battle?

There's no real way to answer this. It really depends on what kind of role fits your team, and what you're looking for. If you're looking for a good physical attacker and a general threat (and annoyance) to most things, then pick Breloom. If you're looking for a fast Pokémon that has some bulk, and can boost up well enough to attack, then Virizion is your best bet. To answer a question like "Which one do you find the most useful in a battle", I'd have to choose Virizion because I've used it more often than Breloom, and been able to use it to more success.

I believe Breloom would have the edge in a battle if it can keep Substitutes up for long enough to boost/use Focus Punch. Virizion doesn't have the greatest Defence - its Sp.Def is a lot better - so it wouldn't be that difficult to take out.

Who represents the type combination better than the other?

Again, Breloom. While it may not be able to represent the Grass-typing as being graceful, it does represent its Fighting-typing well through appearance, its stats and ability to use them to great effect. Virizion sure does fit in with other Grass-types, but it just doesn't look like a Fighting-type at all - it looks too thin and fragile.

Virizion. I don't really care about which one would win in a battle - I love the design, and I can use it competitively, and that's fin with me.
 
Definitely virizon. Brelooms design is good, far better than virizons, but he just can't compete with her power.
 
Virizion

Breloom can take maybe two hits max in a battle without fainting if the move is super-effective. And its speed isn't all that great, meaning Flying-types can have their fun without a threat.

Breloom. Only because it's not a legendary. I don't like using legendarys.
 
Virizion is admittedly very cool, but I've always been a Breloom fan. Breloom's my second-favorite grass-type after Meganium, and it was remarkably useful in every game I used it in. Plus, the fact that you can get Shroomish pretty early on in RSE gives it an edge in availability.
 
Viris=zion is very pretty and cool. But I choose Breloom he's cute and he's a monster in the meta-game (Is it really fair that he gets both Poison Heal And Techicion?) and he's ussually avable early

Virizion. oAo Not only is he a Musketeer deer, but he is an ELEGANT deer. Breloom is adorable, but looks like a dork next to the graceful Virizion.

SPAM LEGENDARY. INSTANT WIN.

Assuming this isn't a competitive battle, where there are more original strategies than Spore + SubPunch, I think Virizion would win. D:

Breloom is a mushroom, +1 grass.
Virizion is a deer, which eats grass, so +1 grass.

Breloom is clearly a boxer to other Pokemon. +1 fighting.
Virizion.....wears combat boots? 8D;

Breloom is adorable, but I'm a sucker for cool Legendary Pokemon. Virizion gets my vote for being graceful and elegant, and for being based off the 3 Musketeers. D:
 
This is a tough one for me and I hate you for making me choose. I voted Breloom because I have a thing for not using legendary Pokemon, ever. That said, Virizion is one of my favorite new Pokemon and definitely one of my top five legendaries (which include the likes of Lugia, Kyogre and Celebi so yeah...) so this is really hard for me.

Also, I've trained a Breloom and she was awesome but I've yet to train my Virizion.
 
Competitively I'm big on Breloom, recommending him for teams of all different stripes. I'm relatively unacquainted with Virizion.

Virizion makes sense conceptually though, and is a cool concept. While I ultimately like Breloom, I don't know why he was made.

I would say Virizion. Virizion looks focused yet calm (and a little bit arrogant), the perfect qualities for a legendary that wants to beat the crap out of you. In my opinion, Breloom just looks weird.

That's a very difficult question. It depends on your team and the opponent's. I call a draw.

I'm not entirely sure. It would be a very close battle.

I would say Virizion. I love its concept and backstory. Which seems like a better fighter, one of the Three Musketeers or a kangaroo-mushroom hybrid? Why, the Musketeer of course!
