The male player character of RSE games - Brendan (a.k.a - Ruby) is scheduled to appear in the anime!!

They say he'll be appearing as Ash's new rival in the AG region, and will also compete with May in contests!

He will debut in the first episode with Team Magma.

He will be voiced by the worst voice actor in all of 4Kids productions: Eric Stuart.

I wished he was the main character. Ash should stand on top of Mt. Silver where he belongs.

I wonder if that's his hat or hair though.
 
Wow the new anime style looks so amazing. It's really has improved since the Johto saga.

Can't wait for this episode.
 
Brendan is obviously going to have his own special with Wally completely separate from Ash just like Jimmy
 
He looks like a bit of a dick to be honest.
