I was watching some old pokemon videos and I notice whenever Ash is in a battle nothing bad happen until Brock say something.
Example
1. When Ash vs Brawly he uses Treeko to fight Machop, Treeko was doing fine and didn't recieve any scratches and wasn't tired at all until brock say "But look how tired Treeko is" suddenly there's scratch mark on Treeko and Treeko is breathing like crazy.

2. There's also other time when Ash is vsin a trainer when ever Ash was doing fine his friends always be happy for him but then when Brock say "I think the trainer is holding back". The pokemon that Ash is battling gain lots of power and defeated Ash.

You're using the wrong word. The word you're looking for is "party pooper".

I think it's that the "younger" audience doesn't see it at all, and the animation doesn't show (sort of) until after Brock mentions it, that they show everything else and the audience realizes what's going on.

I think it's just fate and desntiny working their insidious claws into Ash's battle situations.

Doesn't that mean Brock is God? He's certainly omniscient enough.

And Brock is the Joker, Heath's final role incarnate.

Maybe it's just due to the fact they needed someone to draw attention to the fact before they showed it. They just can't have Treeko suddenly get scratched and tired with no explanation.
