That's interesting how Brock is the one who comes to mind when you think about "love" in Pokemon and yet he get almost no love in the shipping forums around. So this is what this thread is about: discussing our favorite Brockshippings!

Out of all the girls he's been chasing through all the series, there are some special ones, such as Suzy, Professor Ivy, Lucy, and of course, Joy and Jenny. As for yaoi shippings, I think Ash and James are all I can think about. Well, just feel free to discuss about any other pairing involving Brock.

To get started, what's your favorite Brockshipping? I have a thing for Gymshipping even though it's so unlikely to happen... Misty and Brock's chemistry is unique. That would be funny to see him on a date with some crazy Nurse Joy or anyone else, though.

BTW, does anyone know what is going on between Brock and the redhaired girl he teams up in the latest tag battles eps?

I really liked Lucy with Brock, even moreso after rewatching that ep. But now since Lucy has been thrown into the "forgotten characters who don't have a chance in hell of showing up again" section, I guess that puts a hole in that ship.

I never liked Gymshipping for some reason. Misty and Brock are good friends, it just seems "wrong" to me to see those two try to get together.

Other than that, meh.
 
My favorite is Chefshipping (Harley x Takeshi), solely because of that scene. Hoho yes...

Other guys I like him with are Satoshi, Kojirou, Kenji, Shigeru...no real reasons though. My list of girls isn't too long, just Kasumi, Musashi, and Honoka. Honoka is probably going to be my fave, unless their dynamics change drastically in the next two tag battle episodes. I like that despite how she said she didn't like younger men in the beginning, she got to the point where she grabbed his hands. Aw. Heck, she might end up being my fave person with him period if she doesn't turn out insufferable in the end.

Eh... I think that's everyone I like him with. I admit to neglecting him in shipping too. I've only written one fic with him even. ^^;
 
I've always been of the mind Brock's deluding himself, as do very few of the women take him seriously enough to respond at all to his proposals and flirtations beyond staring at him in confusion, then all is well. ...They can see teh ghei~!

But that's also me being silly. I love Brock to death, but somehow, I just don't pair him off with many people. Sure, Boulder and Jim are the two I support heavily (one for the pretty, the other because there has to be more than just...boredom), and in the same vein, Brock and Sabrina have a history together in one of the manga (Electric Tale?) and that bleeds into everything as a default standard. ^^; I can't see him with many women, not even with Suzy or Lucy. Or that Yume chick from Frontier.

But I'm also with taito on Chef. *_* Hip twisting, oh yes. And more recently, there's Cheryl and Gardenia, so that's a new lot to throw in with. .... X3 But I still love him with James and Ash bestest. Honestly, Brock's reappearance in Sinnoh just makes it all crystal clear~
 
The only Brock ship for me is Stefanishipping, which is him x Kidd Summers from the Lucario movie. It took me tons of times to twig it but that dancing scene is so cute. They also had great conversations and she wasn't at all bothered by his fangirlism. Oh yes, my perfect girl for him. :}
 
Woww my, so Honoka is now completely infatuated with Brocko!

The best part is that he seems oblivious to that, just like he didn't seem to notice Lucy had a crush on him.
 
Heh, I can't wait to see how this ends. I bet she'll hate him after the tourney ends since they apparently lose the match to Ash/Paul in the next ep.
 
Yeah, either that or Croagunk will do his job and keep Brock apart the girls.

Poor Brock, he never gets some. ^^

BTW, it's funny how Honoka looks like Misty with hair down in that heartshaped eyes shot.
 
Woah, I like the look of Honoka. A lot. *jazz hands* The ship must be named!
 
I really hope Honoka and Kouhei become reoccuring characters. Both are rather neat, and seem to have some dynamic with Brock and Dawn.
 
I agree, even though my Brock preference will always be with Kidd. *nod* ... and it seems that Brock x Honoka is named, it's Teencareshipping. o_O
 
Croagunk already took Brock's virginity says pixie stix of doom LOL.

Aaaah, Molestshipping. Probably the Brock ship with the biggest fanbase. Yes, even bigger than Gymshipping and Bouldershipping.

And WTF about Honoka leaving without not even a proper farewell? She'd better make another cameo soon.
 
I think Crogunk only does that so he doesn't hurt the women that aren't interested. And what abouth the ghost from The Ghost of Maiden's Peak(i think) True, it was a Ghastly, but still...
 
Personally, I'd go with the ladies who *weren't* unnerved in the least by his advances(Grace, Kid Summers, Lucy, Cynthia), or those he was interested in to the point where he actually managed to restrain himself(Roxanne, maybe Honoka?). After all, they've got to be willing to give him a chance for the relationship to work, yes?
 
I'm a sort of a Brock/Lucy shipper myself.

Does anyone support any crossover ships that involve Brock? I'm a huge supporter of Brock/Minako(or Sailor Venus from "Sailor Moon").
